The location was very good but very poor service and dirty, also bed conditions damage can't sleep well.

Very terrible check in process! The Cust service lady (Liu) required us to pay extra cash for 3rd person during on webcam communication with her, which we have fully paid through TrIp.com for 3 adults with breakfast! Luckily we managed to contact TrIp.com about this extra changes things required by hotel, trip.com have confirmed our booking is fully paid, and Trip.com called twice to the hotel, then settled! It took an hour wasted just waited the clarification process!Beware of these kind of scam !!!! Will not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives for sure !!!

Chip hotel to stay in Jeju. The room is clean and good place enjoy the place.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dari halte bus menuju ke Jeju Airport. Dekat dengan Pasar malam Dongmun, cocok jika pergi bersama teman teman untuk menginap bersama disini. Ada PC, TV, AC

원룸같았달까요 방에 정수기가 있구요 화장실 청결은...흠.. 청소가 많이 필요한 곳이었어요

部屋は広いが、布団が少しかびていたり、部屋の鍵が壊れていて少し不安だった。歩いてすぐの場所にコンビニがあった。

저렴하여 예약을 했는데 게스트룸이라네요. 도착해보니 청소상태가 안좋고 모기가 너무 많아서 잠을 설쳤네요. 그리고 생수도 없고 그냥 여인숙 수준이네요. 선별해서 숙소 추천해주세요.

真的是自坐式check-in喺前台係沒有人招呼你嘅，你要自己同一個電子櫃機度拿鎖匙，但是因為價錢實在係太便宜，你也唔可以要求太高我哋係下午四時check-in就放低晒所有行李，然後就行出去購物這個地點真是非常方便鄰近購物中心買咗好多手信回去之後因為酒店房間非常寬闊，你可以用盡所有地方去整理你嘅行李放完啲行李之後你又可以出去找附近嘅燒豬肉餐廳吃一個大餐。整體嚟講係非常合理嘅酒店，因為我哋係晨早嘅航班打的去機場只係10分鐘非常方便。

마지막날에 잠만자고 공항갈라고 예약했는데 체크인 관제실(?)에서 한답시고 카운터에서 전화번호 고래고래 소리지르게 만들고 안들리는지 여러번 물었고 거기에 사람들도 있었는데 개인정보 말하게 하는 게 좋은 서비스는 아닌거 같음 그리고 도미토리 비밀번호 1층 다울리게 말하고 최악^^.... 위생도 별루고 진짜 다신 안갈듯ㅎ

동문시장 가깝고 우진해장국 3분거리~ 시설은 기대하지 마시고 ~ 그냥 맘 편하게 숙박만 하세요. 그래서 전 그 목적으로 5번째 숙박합니다.~

가격이저념해서 그냥예약했는데 생각보다 가성비대비 좋았어요 특히 조식맛있게 잘먹었어요 다음또 이용할께요 감사합니다
