Food and shopping walkable. Room is dated and not very clean. If just sleeping for the night is okay.

This place is decent and affordable. Neighbourhood seems nice. My beef is with the sound. You can hear people walking and sometimes water running down a drain. If you’ve ever lived in a wood-frame building you know what I mean. You hear everyone’s footsteps. This place wasn’t as bad but still the footsteps were sometimes audible. Also the pillows are too soft for me as most hotel pillows are, so I rolled up some towels and used those. I’m a terrible sleeper so these things bug me. If you sleep easily then no problem! Two outlets to charge things. Good tv. Staff was nice and spoke English.

Needed 2 nights stay to catch an early morning flight. The hotel was great and clean. The free airport shuttle was appreciated - but take note that you need to arrange it yourself via the LINE app, and the company only communicates in chinese/mandarin. Location and amenities were suffficient for a short basic and comfortable stay.

Location is the best

It is in Jeju city., decide to extend the stay for convenience.

Haema hotel is right in the middle of the night life in Jeju city. BHC opposite the hotel opens till midnight serves the best fried chicken. There are many other eateries around but are mostly overpriced. There is a Olive Young nearby too. The hotel has a lift carpark that is easy to use. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was great but the sockets were blocked near the bed. The reception helped me with this problem. We also used the transfer to the airport; it was easy and good.

The hotel is located in a prime area with good restaurants nearby and easy connectivity. Rooms are quite big with all amenities. Just a small note : The charging points are away from the bed .. so the comfort of seeing your mobile while it’s getting charged is deprived.

Great value for a good hotel. Very clean, bidet, laundry nearby. Great location. Don’t trust the free cab to airport though, unless you want day tours.

Value for money, stratigic location. Near restaurants and gift shops, just 5 to 8 mins away from the airport

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the best part was the location. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly.
