The location is great, close to Jeju Dream tower/ Grand Hyatt. Also close to Shilla duty free store. Price is good. Only thing is the room is kind of old. At night, sometimes staff was not in the front desk.

I stayed in room 302. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was hot.

Located in the downtown of Jeju City. The host was nice, and very willing to help. The bed was comfortable. There was also a laptop in the room for surfing and watching movies. Though the cleaniness has room for improvement, but other areas make up for it and my overall experience was good. And the price was very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to traveling friends.

強烈推薦這家酒店！！就在市中心，新羅免税店附近，去哪裡都很方便～ 主要是老闆是東北人，溝通很nice😭😭 第一天我們初來駕到知道我們有點迷茫，去的地點都不知道怎麼出行，主要是韓國地點在谷歌和百度地圖上有很多都搜不到，大哥幫我們用韓國地圖做交通攻略！！！很貼心 最後一天我們韓幣現金不夠，厚着臉皮去問問大哥能不能換現金，大哥真的好好！！！直接説按照最新的匯率換給我們🥺🥺🥺🥺 酒店衞生條件也還行，靠近市中心但完全不吵鬧！！！

服務很好👍位置好找，下飛機直接打車給司機看地址（圖4問路卡😎不用謝）車費5500韓元💰直接搞定，晚上辦理入住的前台小哥會中文，非常絲滑的進房間，重點來了‼️進門後，玄關處還有個門！非常安全‼️很適合像我這種一個人入住的，，晚上睡覺也很安心🥰清掃阿姨中午會來敲門，不需要可以直接説不用，阿姨能聽懂，並在門口幫忙放好水和新的毛巾，需要清掃可以直接用翻譯軟件和阿姨溝通，態度非常好👍隔音也不錯，下午隔壁很大聲的説話還是會聽到一些聲音，到了晚上就很安靜了（我是睡眠質量很差的，但是也睡得很好）對聲音極度敏感的可以帶耳塞以防未然。走的時候是一位大叔在前台，當時kakaot斷網了，用翻譯器讓大叔幫我叫了輛去機場的車，態度也是非常好（叫車是統一會加1000的接車費，人民幣5元，介意的可以自己打車）本來我是住一天的，後面直接續住到3天，強推👍👍👍

位置很好找就在保健路市中心 坐公交打車之類的也很方便 離機場也不遠去哪裡玩的話都便利 房間很乾凈，洗漱用品沒有牙刷但是有牙膏還是很好的 就是我轉換插頭帶錯了，但是也沒關係屋裡有線子可以直接連手機充電寶充電 前台小哥會説中文所以不用太擔心 退房的話就直接把卡放在前台不用交按金所以也不用退

帶女兒兩個人旅行，怕語言不通，特意找了家中國老闆的酒店，當時本着價格不貴，對酒店環境沒有太高的要求，但住進來以後真的各種驚喜，酒店是有年代感的，但乾淨整潔，所有設施齊全又好用，床墊舒服舒適，洗浴噴頭水流特別大，下水也很快，最主要的是衞生間不反味！哪哪都是乾乾爽爽的感覺，馬桶座圈是智能加熱的，每天等我們出去之後，垃圾桶都倒乾淨之後又換了新的袋子，礦泉水也每天都會補滿2瓶，這點在國內酒店好多都做不到，房間有冰箱這點真的超級好！晚上也很安靜，住了4天，每天都會打掃的乾乾淨淨，工作人員熱情，老闆還給大家備好轉換插頭，一樓還有熱水器和微波爐，泡麪啥的都很方便🍜第一天手機丟了，我衹記得在兩家店停留過，把門頭照片和店名發給老闆，老闆馬上幫我聯繫那兩家店，果真在其中一家店裡，真的感動到哭，第二天又把床單弄臟了，眼線液洗不掉那種，我要求賠償，老闆念我主動自首，沒讓我賠，哈哈，總之就是超級哇塞的老闆了，沒事看不出來啥，有事真好使啊！出門在外真的還是要找個同胞酒店，真遇到什麼事，真的是比孤身一人強多了！對了，這個酒店就在樂天免税店馬路對面，超火的BH C炸雞，脊骨土豆湯，都溜達溜達就到了，10分鐘左右，還有樂天超市都可以步行抵達，總之位置超級好！再去濟州島，我一定會再回來的！到時候別嫌我麻煩😂真的各方面都很好👍
