If you like the smell of pot, this is the place for you. Pot smoke was coming in through the vent in the bathroom even when I turned the vent on. Had to sleep with bathroom, light and vent on with the door closed during our whole stay. We tried another room, but that whole room stunk. You could barely step outside without breathing in the stink. Staff was in denial of this. The only ones who cared for the cleaning girls.

We are also near the town of Harpers Ferry where you can learn about local history or go on a whitewater rafting adventure at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. If you are flying in or out of the area Dulles International Airport IAD is only 45 minutes away. While you are here you will love amenities such as free light breakfast WiFi and our local area shuttle.

Questo è un hotel molto pulito e il letto era molto comodo.

Questo deve essere uno dei grandi fermi Appalachian Trail. Amichevole e super utile personale. IVA c'è una scatola di forniture lasciate da altri cacciatori nel lobby per i cacciatori in bisogno!

L'hotel era più piccolo per un Hilton ma grande. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e gentile.Abbiamo comprato un pacchetto con colazione e il colazione era un menu con opzioni cucinate per ordinare. La piscina era piccola e piena di bambini il giorno che andai, ma non è colpa degli hotel. C'è un centro commerciale e ristoranti a passeggiata che è grande quando viaggia. La mia camera di base aveva un frigorifero, microonde e Keurig. La nostra stanza era tranquilla e pulita con un grande aria condizionata.

La nostra esperienza di accoglienza e di ingresso ci ha mostrato di essere in buone mani. Le nostre borse regalo con snack e acqua in bottiglia erano una sorpresa meravigliosa. La nostra stanza era ben progettata e il personale era ovvio che si fidava del loro lavoro. Abbiamo viaggiato a Martinsburg con altri familiari e amici vicini, per dare la possibilità di vedere più camere e tutti erano soddisfatti del loro alloggio. Il nostro colazione era delizioso e apprezzo davvero il salsa e la gravità! E' uno dei miei preferiti. Altre scelte includono yogurt, frutta, prodotti dolci, uova bollite, patate aromatiche e omelete individuali. In generale, è stata una grande esperienza e sono sicuro che in futuro rimarremo in prenotazione per il Fairfield a Martinsburg.

Mia moglie e io abbiamo iniziato il nostro weekend business/visita con la famiglia per Easter venerdì 15 aprile 2022, entrando nella nostra stanza (230) per trovare un bug che salta sul muro. Non abbiamo notato nessun altro e lo abbiamo sputato come sappiamo che possono essere ovunque. Svegliata nel bel mezzo della notte, urlando perche' uno era a letto sulla gamba, non era divertente e piuttosto divertente, era pronta a fare la confezione e a lasciare, e questa mattina, mentre ci preparavamo a controllare, abbiamo trovato un altro sul nostro confortante. (Foto allegato) Quasi più riguardo è stata la risposta che abbiamo ricevuto dal dipendente del dipartimento frontale la cui risposta quando abbiamo espresso la nostra preoccupazione era: “sì che’’s genda che succede qui, sono nativi alla zona e vengono nei venti”. Non mi scuso, non c'è reazione simpatica.Sfortunatamente, in un'azienda in cui il servizio al cliente è così importante, sono molto deluso di questo soggiorno e della risposta del personale. Questo evento è qualcosa che certamente terrò in considerazione nel viaggio futuro. Se non c'è alcuna preoccupazione da parte del Hampton Inn e Hilton Group riguardo “bug nativi” suggerisco di aggiungere un disclaimer che si può condividere la vostra stanza con bug di puzza sul vostro sito web.
