L'hotel è vicino a una strada occupata, in alcuni casi si può sentire le auto passano con il rumore. Parliamo con il GM e la sua gentile aiuto ci aiuta a cambiare la nostra camera al piano superiore e è molto meglio per il rumore. Il GM è davvero amichevole e caldo.

L'hotel era fantastico. Non usare trip.com per prenotarlo. Hanno fatto una terribile esperienza.

Questo è un hotel molto bello in una grande posizione. Le strutture sono grandi e i dipendenti sono molto benvenuti. Situato vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo voglia di rimanere qui di nuovo.

From the initial interaction with the front desk staff, Cody and Juan made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The room was great, the beds were comfortable and we slept so well after a long day at the waterpark. We got up, breakfast was free and so good, they even had a teddy bear waffle maker, it was so nice, Jayden I believe her name was that was helping with breakfast was smiling and pleasant and made sure nothing ran out and was on top of everything, she was amazing too! The pool area was comfortable and big enough to enjoy, seating was good, it was an overall excellent experience for me and all the kids I brought with me! I am an absolute hotel snob, but I loved this place. From check in to check out, I had not one bad thing to say about the facility, the staff, the food, or location. I even stayed an extra two nights I was so happy with it! I would 100% recommend and will be booking here for ALL future stays in KY or the area. Thank you especially to Cody and Juan for making what started out as a rough vacation, so much better, you too were absolute angels to me and my family. Thank you again!

Le camere sono state colpite o mancate. Ho soggiornato in una stanza perfetta e in un'altra, dove sono stati danneggiati diversi oggetti.

This was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

Grande posizione e personale amichevole. Speso una notte con la famiglia e colazione era eccezionale. Molto pulito. Solo una questione è il ventilatore di scarico in una delle camere da bagno non funzionava. Molto consiglia questo hotel.
