- beautiful and cozy 6 bedroom morrison home - private parking that easily accommodates 5 vehicles - close to red rocks park and amphitheatre - tons of outdoor space with views of the colorado foothills - 20 minutes to denver and the charming downtown morrison this expansive and beautifully designed home is ideally located in the foothills of the rocky mountains with absolutely everything you could need for your secluded mountain getaway! with the perfect blend of rustic and modern, you’ll get the full mountain experience just 20 minutes outside of the denver city limits. our home sleeps 14 guests... you couldn't ask for a better space for a large group or family gathering. this log-integrated home provides an open floor plan, radiant floor heating throughout, plenty of space for large groups with two master bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. for your comfort and convenience, you’ll have access to a total of 3 tvs (smart and streaming- with cable), a gas fireplace, laptop-friendly office space, and washer/dryer. the drive up alone will leave you breathless, and there’s plenty of outdoor space with a large yard, two private decks, and gazebo with stunning views. step outside onto the gazebo to enjoy your coffee or cocktail, soak in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh colorado air. elk, mountain goats, foxes, moose, bunnies, and even bears have been spotted from time to time! upon entering the home, you’ll be greeted with a serene space, flooded with natural light and magnificent views. the warm and inviting main level includes a large living area and fully stocked kitchen, complete with coffee, spices, oil, two dishwashers and all the cooking essentials you might need during your stay. on the main level, you will also find the first master bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom with a large tub. the guests staying in the main level master can also enjoy their own private morning kitchen, which includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. there is also a second bedroom located on the main level with a full-size sleeper sofa. head upstairs to the second master, with yet another ensuite bath, tub (jets in the tub do not currently work), and private deck. the upstairs provides more than enough privacy for families or larger groups with the three bedrooms spaced out nicely. the two additional upstairs bedrooms both include their own ensuite bathrooms with jack and jill sinks. the third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos, with 2 bunk beds, totaling 4 twin beds. downstairs you’ll find even more secluded space with two bedrooms, each with their own queen bed. this level also has it’s very own game room with billiards table and additional living area. you’ll find some specific suggestions for hiking and other area attractions in the “neighborhood” section below. after a fun-filled day, retreat back to the house, relax and enjoy the multiple tvs available throughout the home. you’ll delight in this charming home-away-from-home, with everything you need to have the best stay possible in picturesque morrison, colorado. *please note - this property is in a noise-sensitive area- our guests are expected to respect our neighbor's peaceful neighborhood. *there is a very steep grade that leads up to the home. 4-wheel drive is required especially in the winter months and into the occasional spring snow* *we are not responsible for damages and any towing needed will be at your expense* *no a/c - there is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.* *the propane gas grill on site is not an advertised amenity - adequate gas level in propane tanks is not guaranteed. should you desire to use the grill you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank. layout: - main level: master bedroom: king bed with ensuite bath (jets in the tub do not currently work) walkthrough area to main level master bedroom: full-size pullout sofa with private balcony - lower level: bedroom: queen bed bedroom: queen bed - upstairs: master bedroom: king bed with ensuite bath bedroom: queen bed with jack and jill ensuite bath bedroom: two bunks (4 twins) with jack and jill ensuite bath the neighborhood: as our guests, you will have access to the entire home, including the large parking area. if any issues should arise during your stay, a representative from our management company will be available 24/7 to assist you. this home could not be more perfectly located in the beautiful foothills of the colorado rocky mountains, just 20 minutes to denver city limits and 30 to downtown with plenty of wildlife, hiking and biking trails nearby - you’ll truly have it all!
