You have full use of the house and farm and patio and the farm grounds. This location is about 15 miles from Athens and is great if you are visiting the area for a game weekend. We have Wifi but no television in that this a quiet and peaceful place where you can rest and relax and heal. We are a gateway to north Georgia, located less than 17 miles from the walkable college center of downtown Athens… an hour from Atlanta, great kayaking, and waterfall hikes… easy access to I-85, just 25 miles from vineyards and wineries… less than 2 miles from the historic Shields-Etheridge Farm along a shady gravel road perfect for jogging or bicycling.
