It's called Residence Vyhlídka, not Zur Aussicht... Almost very good, as there was a potentially lethal accident that we escaped by a couple of minutes... The hotel itself is perfect, the rooms are spotless and of decent size, the pool (free) and the sauna (extra) are great, and the restaurant onsite (not run by the hotel) is excellent, good food at good prices, the breakfast is ok but a bit repetitive. Everything works by phone (checkin / keys / checkout) which might not be to everyone's taste, so the only staff you see are the cleaning ladies. For any request you have to call the reception at Hotel Omnia nearby... they answer the phone but never the emails! he tv cannot connect to the wifi properly. Now we had a problem because of the fast rising temperatures, our terrace was under a part of the roof where the snow had not melted yet and a chunk of ice of 20-30 kilos fell 5 meters onto our terrace, a couple of minutes after we sitting outside. This should have been taken care of earlier as someone coud have been killed. I called reception and someone came, taking even larger chunks off the roof.

Amazing hotel with nice, relaxed vibes and beautiful nature around. All the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. I loved the pool and the private sauna & massage were also excellent. Delicious meals and drinks in the hotel restaurant.

Amazing experience! Very pretty interior design, pool and whirlpool were amazing, the water was clean. Sauna was amazing, I really liked the design. The food was amazing. The stuff were really kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We also had a massage and I never felt more relaxed. In the reception was also a bookshelf full of amazing books!

We had a great stay at hotel Vyhlidka. From the first moment we arrived, very friendly and cheerful receptionist welcomed us and got us settled/scheduled sauna times with us. In the restaurant, the staff was super friendly and the meals were delicious. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the room well appointed. The private sauna was superb - also spotlessly clean and super relaxing. Overall, a great stay and much recommended!

Really great hotel, rooms and spa. Excellent service at reception. Only minus was the portions at the restaurant, they were a bit small for adults. (we had halfboard). Close to skiing and also good facilities for the equiprment at the hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, lovely pool which your little ones will enjoy and its position at the very center of the town nearby the ski lift makes it excellent for early skiing experience with your little ones. In combination with pool in the late afternoon combines the activities really nicely for the children. What needs to be highlighted is the restaurant with great quality meals, local craft beer served and wide selection of wines. Overall, highly recommend and we will surely come again as our little ones still keep on talking about the hotel asking when we go there again! This never happened before

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Schwimmbad und Whirlpool sind okay, jedoch das Wasser zu kalt. Aber! Das Frühstück ist lieblos hingestellt und es gibt jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst und auch die 2 Sorten Käse sind immer die gleichen. Tomaten und Gurkenscheiben werden auch vom Vortag auf das Buffett gestellt (angetrocknet und matschige Tomatenstücke). Wenn die Brötchen/Hörnchen alle sind, wird nur noch ein halbes Baguettebrot nachgelegt. Frühstück ist eigentlich bis 10.30 Uhr, jedoch war um 10.10 Uhr alles abgeräumt und man konnte auch keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur manchmal und am vorletzten Tag stand plötzlich die Putzfrau im Zimmer ohne vorher anzuklopfen. Geht gar nicht. Es wurden nur die Betten gemacht. Bad wischen oder Teppich saugen- Fehlanzeige! Benutzte Tassen und Gläser wurden nicht ausgespült oder getauscht. Die warme Küche am Abend ist ebenfalls nur teilweise zu empfehlen. Lieblos angerichtete Teller und zum Teil verbrannte Speisen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man preiswert und besser essen, jedoch sollte man in der Wintersaison mit mehreren Personen unbedingt reservieren.

2 Wochen vor Anreise schickt das Hotel die Stornierung für 2 Familien verteilt auf 3 Zimmer. Man hatte sich offensichtlich Überbucht. Und das obwohl wir bereits 4 Monate im voraus gebucht hatten. Gewissenlos und frech P.S. da uns das Hotel gern als Zahlungsverweigerer darstellt: in unserer über die Hotelwebseite getätigten Buchungen stand weder etwas von Anzahlung, noch eine Bankverbindung. Nur "Zahlung als Banktransfer" Es wurden uns auch keine abweichenden der zusätzlichen Buchungsbedingungen übermittelt Wir haben im Januar dann nachgefragt bzgl der Zahlung, aber nur für 2 der 3 Zimmer eine Rechnung erhalten. Trotz mehrfachen nachfragen was mit dem 3. Zimmer ist, haben wir für das 3. Zimmer keine Antwort und Information erhalten. Ich habe 6 Mails bzgl dieser Nachfragen ans Hotel geschrieben, nur 3x wurde geantwortet: 1. Antwort Rechnung für Zimmer 1&2, 2. Antwort war bereits die Stornierung aller Zimmer, 3. Antwort nochmal bzgl Stornierung. Man hat dies seitens des Hotels bewusst herbeigeführt, da offensichtlich nicht mehr alle Zimmer wie gebucht verfügbar waren.
