I had a terrific stay in this hotel. From the time we checked in the staff was friendly and helpful providing us with cookies and waters. Our room was very spacious and clean and our beds were comfy and clean and the aircondioner was nice and cold. The gym in this hotel wad awesome it was loaded with dumbells a machine, treadmill and a bike. After a killer workout I took swim innthe pool which was warm and clean. For breakfast I had some eggs and a homemade waffle. They had a awesome selection of things to chose from, including cereal, bagels, toast and oatmeal. The hotel was right of the highway which made shopping and fast food easy. I will definitely be back here again!

Non ci siamo mai stati mai in una TownePlace Suites prima, ma è stato un piacere. In generale, i camerieri notturni non sono più amici o ospitanti come il personale nelle ore di luce del giorno, ma abbiamo trovato il personale attento, professionale e molto utile. Il grande frigo significa che si può usare questo come fermata sul vostro viaggio a nord e mantenere il cibo freddo. Il buffet del colazione è stato molto bello e aperto alle 6:00. La selezione è stata molto ampia, tra cui chiche, salsa, uova, biscotti, farina di avena e articoli di panna. Le vafle sono disponibili nei fine settimana. In generale, questo è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole, tranquillo e piacevole.

Tru by Hilton exceeded our expectations on every level. First, Jacob at the front desk was outstanding. He welcomed us so warmly and was so kind, witty, and helpful, we felt like he was genuinely happy to host us. The room was immaculate, hip, and comfortable. The bath products were lovely, water pressure exceptional, and shower was sparkling clean. And the bed.....SO comfortable with big fluffy pillows, and sheets that were powdery soft. Delicious hot coffee downstairs, a nice varied assortment of breakfast options, and so accessible to the highway and all local amenities. We opted to stay here instead of closer to our destination near Oak Brook IL and we are so glad that we did. Keep delivering a fabulous guest experience Jacob and Tru Hilton Janesville. Wish we had two nights instead of just one. We will definitely stay with you again.

Clean & comfortable rooms that staff worked hard to have ready for our group's early-check in. Staff also helped me print boarding passes as the printer in the business center wasn't cooperating -- so appreciated because I could not rely on the mobile app. Had never heard of Cobblestone Hotels before, but if they are all like this one, I would definitely stay again should I come across one in our travels.
