I stayed at Hotel Sayaji Jamnagar for over two months as a long-term guest. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations — not because of the facilities, but because of the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of the hotel management. I was abruptly moved to another room without notice or explanation, and then returned the next day. Despite raising this issue immediately and sending three formal complaints, nothing was resolved. The hotel director gave repeated promises but never followed through. It became clear that his words meant nothing. There was no accountability, no respect for my time, and no attempt to make things right. This level of negligence and insincerity is unacceptable, especially for returning or long-term guests. I strongly discourage others from relying on promises made by the hotel’s management. What you are told and what is actually done are two very different things.
