One of the best hotel in town, we have conference there including our stay, all goes so well, well take care, rooms are good, people are hospitable, food is delicious, smooth check in and checkout , the manager Suhail is so good and courteous.

The best hotel in Jammu! It offers top-notch hospitality with attentive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Thanks for reception staff bcz reception staff very helpful and always smiling face. Specially Ms. Usha. Thanks usha for everything. Kc residency best hotel in jammu bcz service was very good, food was amazing and also location is near to shri raghunath ji temple which is of great value. All staff are so polite and cooperate well. Again thanks ms. Usha for everything.

Excellent teamwork every person of the hotel is very polite and humble. Especially front office team very helpful Ms Usha and Ms Monika is very fast in resolving problems of the guests. Thanks to all team of the hotel for making my stay very comfortable.

Best hotel i have ever been to, the ambience is nice and the food is so much awesome and the staff is so much nice and cooperative, even in the mid night if i have any problem they will come at that time also to solve my problem in no time. The place is a must haver in jammu
