ATTENZIONE, ho fatto una prenotazione presso questa struttura con Booking, la prenotazione prevedeva pagamento anticipato del 50% con cancellazione gratuita entro 30GG dall'arrivo. Ho cancellato e dopo più di un mese non hanno restituito la caparra. (Parliamo di oltre 1.000 euro). Fortunatamente Booking prevede una protezione sulla prenotazione, però ancora non ho ricevuto i soldi, ho dovuto mandare una serie di documenti e nonostante diversi solleciti previsti dalle procedure Booking, ancora non hanno risposto quindi se tutto va bene riceverò i miei soldi oltre un mese e mezzo dopo. Mai successa una cosa del genere quindi se proprio avete voglia di prenotare in questa struttura attenzione e fatelo solo tramite piattaforme che garantisco ogni inconveniente perchè questa è la mia storia!.

The staff are exceptional. Lovely beautiful people. The food really good and accosted my food allergies. The view when you walk in is beautiful. The staff helped me pull off Birthday party for best friend turning 50. They came out singing for her. She was so surprised and happy.

Pili Pili hotels is a big scam!!!! We booked our trip months in advance and paid upfront. With less than two weeks to go, the hotel cancelled our accommodation due to overbooking, leaving us scrambling to find additional accommodation and ruining part of our honeymoon. The best part is that they haven’t refunded us and ignore any communications regarding refunds. DO NOT BOOK PILI PILI TROPICAL ISLAND HOTEL

Very poor . They took my money in full then cancelled by booking and I am still waiting for a refund . I have emailed , sent them countless messages but no reply . Be very careful . They take your money even before it’s due . They then send you a email as soon as the money has cleared to say due to over booking , it’s cancelled then do not refund you .

I booked a reservation in June for a stay on August 29th, thinking I had secured my plans well in advance. However, just one week before my stay, I received a notification that my reservation had been canceled without any explanation from the hotel. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I planned my trip around this reservation and now, with such short notice, I'm left scrambling to find alternative accommodations. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to value its guests. I strongly advise against booking here, as they clearly do not respect their customers or their commitments. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

We had a beautiful time in Pili Pili Tropical. Infinity swimming pool is above all praise, and makes your stay really luxurious. It looks especially awesome in the dark. You can swim at any time of day or night. Breakfast is abundant. Beach is amazingly beautiful and you can witness the rising sun from your bed. Staff is helpful and welcoming.

PILiPili tropical resort Zanzibar part of Zanzibar group. Beautiful hotel. Needs some finishing work but once you are there it doesn’t matter. The staff are so wonderful so caring and tries their best to make sure everyone has a great time. They helped me organize a surprise Birthday party for my best friends 50th Birthday party. Staff and guests invited. My friend was so happy and surprised. The staff sang a Happy Birthday song in their own language. Their food is very good. Yakub was best and his staff outstanding.Alma gave me best massage i ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.

Schitterend ingericht hotel met zwembad om over oceaan uit te kijken. Ook om lekker te chillen op de strandstoelen naast het zwembad. Geweldig! Lekker ontbeten met mooi uitzicht. Net als de sunrise vanuit de eigen kamer (zie foto). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Weg ernaar toe was even zoeken, maar iedereen in de buurt lijkt precies te weten wat & waar. Beautifully decorated hotel with pool to overlook ocean. Also to chill out on the beach chairs next to the pool. Great! Great breakfast with beautiful view. Just like the sunrise from our own room (see photo). Friendly and helpful staff. Way to it was a bit of a search, but everyone in the neighborhood seems to know exactly what & where.

Woktek Zabinski, associated with this hotel, is a known criminal wanted by police in Poland and Tanzania. DO NOT STAY HERE. He has cheated investors out of millions and there is an international arrest warrant out for him. By staying here you are aiding and abetting a criminal.
