Palm Breeze is a beautiful 2BR/2BA bay canal house in Jamaica Beach, TX. Relax in the Texas sun on an amazing newly refurbished deck with friends and family. Bring the boat (additional application fee applies) and enjoy a day on the bay, then fish in the evening with 3 overhead deck lights sure to bring fish to the grill (2 charcoal grills available for use). We are a quick 5 minute car/bicycle ride to the beach or travel 15 minutes down to Pleasure Pier or The Galveston Island Strand.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Disconnection of outdoor security cameras will result in an automatic claim of security deposit..Findings of pet hair/feces will result in an automatic claim of security deposit for additional cleaning.,5 vehicle max for parking in driveway. This was the 2nd time my family stayed here and it was just just amazing as the first time. We definitely will book this house everytime it is available for our vacation dates.

Great location good host
Very quiet neighborhood about 20 mins to attractions and major grocery store. Fishing off the back deck is a huge plus. We had a few issues but our host went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible during our stay.

The Vales Family
This house was perfect for our family. Loved all the cute beach decor!! Felt so cozy. The teens loved having the downstairs part to themselves. It had all the things we needed for cooking and plenty of space. Family enjoyed fishing off the back porch. I give this house an A+++. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Jamaica Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay, we had one minor hiccup but the manager rectified quickly to our satisfaction. We really loved the kayaks and being right on the water.

Wonderful house
When we left the house this morning, my family told me I had to give a really good review. We had a great time at the house. The decor is very cute. We liked all the beach references and the birds. The beds were so comfy. We had some older teenagers who slept downstairs and were happy to be on their own. The 14 month old took his first Kayak ride with his dad and enjoyed every minute of it. We noticed a water leak outside that did not adversely affect us at all, but I notified the owner and his response was instantaneous. The outside shower was used and enjoyed. The upstairs was plenty big enough, and the TV offered many stations, so we could sit and relax watching TV during the hottest part of the day. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls and dishes. I have rented a lot of houses in the Sea Isle and Jamaica Beach areas, and I would definitely rent this one again.
