Superb hotel and the best service provided to me

Nice hotel within the city of Jalandhar. Hygiene was ok, service was good. However I waited 45 minutes for a cup of tea and there was no parking space like written in the description. Breakfast had limited choice. We chose the room specially for the bath but only the cold water was working.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, quite in the centre of city. The food served was nice, just a bit costly but good variety for anyone from north to south india and other places. Basic amenities and services were good. The only drawback was loud music from the 6th floor function hall. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The stay was very comfortable with clean rooms, staff were cooperative and helpful. The location was beneficial for transit. Brekfast menu was well designed for diverse liking of food. Over ambience was welcoming. If health club can be put up would be much appreciated.

The hotel is located at a very prime location though the entrance and exit are miniscule, the rooms are cozy as expected from ITC group, and full marks for cleanliness including linens, towels and curtains. The check in and check out was smooth, and the reception staff were courteous.
