Hotel in zona Sudirman, Giacarta

Clean hotel with working ac in all rooms. Booked 2 apartments adjoining. They have washing machine, TVs, fridge, big water cooler, kitchenette in the middle with table for 4, . Beds are a bit hard. Very disappointed to have been woken up in the first night 4-6am with 3 mosques blaring chants which weren't synced. It went on constantly for 2 hours. There's a lot of noise from the both the local & toll flyover too. Despite requesting a quiet room, was placed at the back (overlooking the swimming pool on floor 17) which I do not recommend for light sleepers. The balcony doors / windows are not soundproof. Ensure you take ear plugs as you'll need them!

.After an afternoon swim with the family, we wanted to back to our room, the elevator line was incredibly long, reaching all the way to the entrance. A group had just arrived! The hotel should have provided a solution so the reguler guests wouldn't have to wait nearly an hour in line with toddlers. What a disappointment!

È tutto fantastico, l'hotel ha un buon standard, il parcheggio è buono, il check-in non ha problemi, la camera è grande e spaziosa, solo la porta non è insonorizzata, è un po' fastidioso sentire altre persone parlare davanti alla porta. Ma nel complesso è davvero un posto fantastico e un ottimo hotel. Sicuramente consigliato per il prezzo.

Had a king room on 12th floor for 7 days. First impression of hotel was fair, corridor does smell musky/food. Room is big but certainly need some cleaning and maintenance. Stains on carpet, spills on cabinet, cob web on bathroom ceiling, shower drainage smells when shower is in use, shower hose water pressure is weak, housekeeping is not consistent of refilling amenities, often not complete. Air conditioning is extremely cold, in-room control does not have much effect on changing room ac temperature but to have it On/Off. 2 bottles of water are complimentary everyday, as well as one time welcome snacks.

Il servizio era molto buono e la camera era molto pulita. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. Il parco acquatico è uno dei preferiti dai bambini e la piscina è molto grande. Ci sono un sacco di scelte per la colazione. Durante il Capodanno cinese ho anche fatto dei piccoli regali ai bambini dopo il check-out. Non c'è niente di interessante a Giakarta, quindi anche soggiornare in un hotel è una buona opzione. Verrà di nuovo la prossima volta!

The location and cleanliness are good. However, there is no universal power point in the room, which is something Ritz rooms normally provide. Housekeeping service provided after we requested it. It would be more convenient if these could be improved.

The hotel is classy and aesthetically pleasing, situated in a prime location. However, the service fell short of expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM and was informed by the front desk that check-in would be available by 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given a room until 4:00 PM—and it was not the room type I had clearly requested in the booking remarks. Additionally, the front desk assured me that my luggage would be delivered to my room, but after waiting for 30 minutes, I went downstairs to find it still sitting in the storage area unattended. For a hotel of this caliber, the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail was disappointing.

Think this is our fourth time here? -this time we had a four bedroom penthouse for a small family gathering/birthday party. Great views from 32? floor. My Indonesian friends always enjoy the breakfast here and all staff are really helpful. Lovely pool gym and sauna. 24 Hour convenience store across the street plus my friends like the street food locally.

Anche se il servizio complessivo dell'hotel e la manutenzione sono buoni, la prova sonora della stanza richiede un miglioramento. Posso anche sentire il rumore dal corridoio e quando le tubazioni d'acqua sono azionate. La chiusura della porta principale della stanza e della porta del bagno sono influenzate da quando gli ospiti vicini aprivano e chiuse le loro porte.
