Hotel was good. Stay was comfortable. Staff are equally good. Only concern is breakfast area was not properly hygienic. Please look into that.

The food served is very ordinary. Not at all happy with the room service. Even the breakfast served is pretty bad. The showers and the taps in the bathroom should be much better. The only advantage is the location. The hotel picks up and drops to the railway station. The service is complimentary.

Average hotel with big rooms. Location is not that good. Rooms are smelly and ac are not able to cool the room properly

Location is good, serving of food was too late. Service quality very poor. Toilets flush was not working properly.

Very poor room service. The attitude of the staff at the restaurant and breakfast hall is terrible. The reception staff were courteous however. Breakfast quality is poor. Overall ambience has deteriorated drastically compared to my earlier stay at the hotel.

I checked in on 15th morning 2. 30 am. The room boy asked why are you coming untime & disturbing us. Then the room was having foul smell. I stayed for two days but they gave only one water bottle as complementary. I asked bottle for second day they said water bottle will be given only after 24 hours since they gave first bottle. I checked out the room on 16th morning 3. 45 am. They didn't give the complementary water bottle. All the staff were very rude. Even basic amenities like dental kit was not provided till we asked. Please don't recommended this hotel as not worth for money.

Property hasn't allotted room due to electrical short circuits. I tried to contact make my trip customer care but couldn't connect. It is very disappointing hotel management couldn't inform well before about room issue which trend lot of time in searching new room in another hotel. Kindly refund my booking amount at the earliest plus extra charges rs 2465 - paid by me for new bookings
