Hotel in zona Shree Mulchand Ji Ki Prol Jhijhinyali, Jaisalmer

We loved staying at The Helsinki House (there's a fascinating story about the name). While a recent construction, a lot of attention has been paid to create the atmosphere of a traditional haveli. The rooms were large, and very clean. So was the bathroom. We ate breakfast and lunch at the rooftop restaurant and the food was good. The owner's brother runs the place and is very friendly and helpful. They also have a desert camp where we stayed for a night. They are very open to suggestions and overall we really enjoyed our stay both in Helsinki House and the desert camp.

I liked this hotel very much. The service here is very good and the rooms are neat and clean👌. The location of this hotel is very good. The parking facility is good. Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel e Resorts Jaisalmer per tre notti non è stato meno di notevole, rendendo davvero una esperienza di standout a Jaisalmer. Questo hotel, con un servizio eccezionale e un'attrezzatura di lusso, si guadagna facilmente il titolo del miglior hotel della zona. Il mio soggiorno è stato particolarmente ricordato dall'ospitalità straordinaria di Kumar e della sua squadra dedicata, tra cui Surajpal, che ha mostrato un'incongrua temperamentalità e professionalità. Il nostro guidatore, il signor Bharat Singh, ha inoltre assicurato che le nostre esperienze di viaggio intorno a Jaisalmer fossero confortevoli e piacevoli; i loro sforzi collettivi hanno notevolmente migliorato la qualità del nostro soggiorno, lasciandoci un'impressione indebolibile.

Visitamo la proprietà durante il 28-31 dicembre, amava la proprietà, le prati, la colazione diffusa, i buffet, le camere, tutto era molto bello.Una menzione speciale alla persona che ha preso le nostre prenotazioni, la signora Sailaja , ha fatto una doccia eccellente ospite. Inizialmente avevamo pianificato la proprietà solo per il giorno, ma vedendo la proprietà e le attrezzature, abbiamo deciso di prorogare il nostro soggiorno e la signora Sailaja ci ha aiutato a prorogare il nostro soggiorno anche a breve termine. Un altro punto di vista nella proprietà era il bagno, mia moglie e io stesso aveva fatto il bagno, era eccellente. Una cena serata è stata tenuta in pasto nel retro del folklore di rarashtani, era molto affascinante. Un giorno prima del nuovo anno l'hotel aveva chiamato un DJ. DJ Siddhesh, immagino il suo nome, la sua scelta di canzoni era eccellente, ho visto gli stranieri che stava sgridando la sua musica sul tavolo da pranzo. Non ho avuto la possibilità di ringraziare personalmente il DJ per aver giocato queste meravigliose canzoni. In tutto questo è stata una grande esperienza. L'unico svantaggio che ho visto è stato, tutti i 3 giorni, la distribuzione del colazione era la stessa. sebbene la distribuzione fosse molto vasta, era la stessa per tutti i 3 giorni. Io consiglio a tutti gli altri viaggiatori di questo bene, anche se la distribuzione era molto grande,

The room is good. Neat, spacious. They bumped us to a suite without extra cost. But mostly to appease us for an hour long wait to check in. The view of the fort and the city from the restaurant is good. We ordered Chinese, which was good too. Breakfast was so so, not worth the price. For a hotel that charges around INR 6000 for a room, they don't know or care the first things about hospitality. They don't offer room service. The guests are expected to have their meals at the restaurant, which would be fine if the tables were cleaned of the remnants of the last few meals that were had on it. For breakfast, you will be able to reminisce what you had for dinner last night from the food spills still on it unattended. The hotel reception is hardly manned. If you are lucky to get through to them on the intercom, you can expect more 'I don't know-s' than you have ever heard from a hotel reception. 'Do you have an ironbox?' ”I don't know.' ”Has the restaurant started serving breakfast?” ”I don't know.” Also, even when they answer, you can expect wrong answers with no sorrys or thank yous. During our week long trip through various cities of Rajasthan, sorry to say this is the worst level of hospitality that we encountered. The check out is at 10 30am, with the 2pm checkin (1pm originally, but delayed by an hour) and 10 30am checkout, it was hardly a day's stay for a INR 6000. We were hoping to extend check out time by an hour but by the end, we couldn't wait to exit the place. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

It was a decent experience at Aradhya Jaisalmer. Stayed for one night. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Deluxe Room was small, but nice, clean and comfortable for couple. Service is good. Reg the food - We just had breakfast there which was not at all good. We were told that there will be a good buffet spread, but Poha and aloo poori was there with tea etc. nothing else in the buffet. The hotel is purely veg - just to mention. Few things: - bathroom - no tissue paper holder, No hair dryer, No exhaust fan - No night light in room if you are planning to stay just for one night, it may be worth it!
