Bellissimo hotel poco fuori dalla fortezza, standard molto elevati per l’India, personale molto cortese e pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Mr. Padam mi ha fornito ottimi consigli per tutto ed organizzato un entusiasmante desert tour con una jeep molto trendy. Inoltre mi ha portato personalmente a visitare un sito archeologico poco distante ed a fare un memorabile shopping in due posto da favola che avevo già visitato in precedenza … e senza alcun secondo fine, ve lo posso garantire, i negoziati quando mi hanno visto arrivare con lui, mi hanno fatto un trattamento veramente speciale. Thanks to Mr. Padam. Se volete una camera indimenticabile, prenotare la super delux, gigantesca con un letto enorme, divano e poltrone. Hotel assolutamente consigliato per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerando che c’è anche una piacevolissima piscina interna ed una vista mozzafiato sulla fortezza dal ristorante sul terrazza on the top.

We stayed two nights in a deluxe suite and loved it. Spacious, clean and very quaint. Our room was of a local design and most comfortable.The property is still under construction for additional rooms so the pool area experiences noisy and activity due to this. The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We felt well cared for and most welcomed. Recommend it for those looking to try a local experience with an upscale property.

The room is good. Neat, spacious. They bumped us to a suite without extra cost. But mostly to appease us for an hour long wait to check in. The view of the fort and the city from the restaurant is good. We ordered Chinese, which was good too. Breakfast was so so, not worth the price. For a hotel that charges around INR 6000 for a room, they don't know or care the first things about hospitality. They don't offer room service. The guests are expected to have their meals at the restaurant, which would be fine if the tables were cleaned of the remnants of the last few meals that were had on it. For breakfast, you will be able to reminisce what you had for dinner last night from the food spills still on it unattended. The hotel reception is hardly manned. If you are lucky to get through to them on the intercom, you can expect more 'I don't know-s' than you have ever heard from a hotel reception. 'Do you have an ironbox?' ”I don't know.' ”Has the restaurant started serving breakfast?” ”I don't know.” Also, even when they answer, you can expect wrong answers with no sorrys or thank yous. During our week long trip through various cities of Rajasthan, sorry to say this is the worst level of hospitality that we encountered. The check out is at 10 30am, with the 2pm checkin (1pm originally, but delayed by an hour) and 10 30am checkout, it was hardly a day's stay for a INR 6000. We were hoping to extend check out time by an hour but by the end, we couldn't wait to exit the place. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

I liked this hotel very much. The service here is very good and the rooms are neat and clean👌. The location of this hotel is very good. The parking facility is good. The stops are very good. 👍 And If I get a chance to visit Jaisalmer again, I would love to stay here. Thank for jaisal classic jaisalmer 🏨

Hotel Vasshifa is newly built hotel the rooms are so clean and hygienic and near to the Jaisalmer fort and market and we can gent a good night view of fort from the restaurant and the food is so delicious and they are providing a city tour and jeep safari and night stay in desert in thar camp and I enjoyed a jeep safari a lot and overall every thing is so good must try

Stay was awesome.faculty of hotel feel good environment.ishan is a good cooperating manager of the hotel . We enjoyed this hotel very much . Must visit. We will come back again if we got the chance to visit jaisalmer again. Our favourite palace in the Rajasthan. Best hotel in Rajasthan.

We loved staying at The Helsinki House (there's a fascinating story about the name). While a recent construction, a lot of attention has been paid to create the atmosphere of a traditional haveli. The rooms were large, and very clean. So was the bathroom. We ate breakfast and lunch at the rooftop restaurant and the food was good. The owner's brother runs the place and is very friendly and helpful. They also have a desert camp where we stayed for a night. They are very open to suggestions and overall we really enjoyed our stay both in Helsinki House and the desert camp.
