We loved staying at The Helsinki House (there's a fascinating story about the name). While a recent construction, a lot of attention has been paid to create the atmosphere of a traditional haveli. The rooms were large, and very clean. So was the bathroom. We ate breakfast and lunch at the rooftop restaurant and the food was good. The owner's brother runs the place and is very friendly and helpful. They also have a desert camp where we stayed for a night. They are very open to suggestions and overall we really enjoyed our stay both in Helsinki House and the desert camp.

Stay was awesome.faculty of hotel feel good environment.ishan is a good cooperating manager of the hotel . We enjoyed this hotel very much . Must visit. We will come back again if we got the chance to visit jaisalmer again. Our favourite palace in the Rajasthan. Best hotel in Rajasthan.

Royal hadli non avrebbe potuto essere più accogliente. Prima pick-up dall'aeroporto. Molto bel personale all'hotel. Tutti sono così aiutanti, ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Lo consiglio molto. Le camere sono ben arredate e tradizionali. Le camere sono pulite e pulite.Buona posizione vicino al forte mercato principale e lago Gadisar. hanno anche un fantastico ristorante di safari e panoramica vista sul tetto.

Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel e Resorts Jaisalmer per tre notti non è stato meno di notevole, rendendo davvero una esperienza di standout a Jaisalmer. Il mio soggiorno è stato particolarmente ricordato dall'ospitalità straordinaria di Kumar e della sua squadra dedicata, tra cui Surajpal, che ha mostrato un'incongrua temperamentalità e professionalità. Il nostro guidatore, il signor Bharat Singh, ha inoltre assicurato che le nostre esperienze di viaggio intorno a Jaisalmer fossero confortevoli e piacevoli; i loro sforzi collettivi hanno notevolmente migliorato la qualità del nostro soggiorno, lasciandoci un'impressione indebolibile.

Salve , Friends , Questo è un (Hotel Renuka) Bello hotel Come un letto e un colazione come un secondo casa.Ho soggiornato lì due volte di recente.Cura e pulita camera da letto, bagno (l'acqua calda disponibile solo mattina dopo 8 Am. Ma il proprietario è una persona gentile Su richiesta ha fornito acqua calda Prima mattina.hanno anche un ristorante terrazza,da dove si può vedere la bella vista di Fort.Nice servizi, molto ragionevole tariffa. buono e confortevole soggiorno , Su richiesta, organizzano il campeggio del deserto con cibo vivo e notte nel deserto.

Gaji ji came to pick us up and we had a lovely ride in his Jeep. Nice cozy hotel that also serves Korean food in their rooftop restaurant that overlooks a lovely landscape and the fort. I was looking forward to sitting in the garden etc as shown in the pictures but it’s not a private area, the garden is public so no direct access from the hotel. Having said that, the hotel itself is beautiful and the service is great. Hussain in the restaurant was super nice and always had a smile on his face. The hotel arranged for our camel tour to the desert and that was the highlight of our trip. Jiraj our camel guide was so humble and nice. He cooked for us in one corner of the dunes and we ate authentic desert food. We saw the broadest and the clearest view of the stars as we lay by the bonfire. It was magical!

The room is good. Neat, spacious. They bumped us to a suite without extra cost. But mostly to appease us for an hour long wait to check in. The view of the fort and the city from the restaurant is good. We ordered Chinese, which was good too. Breakfast was so so, not worth the price. For a hotel that charges around INR 6000 for a room, they don't know or care the first things about hospitality. They don't offer room service. The guests are expected to have their meals at the restaurant, which would be fine if the tables were cleaned of the remnants of the last few meals that were had on it. For breakfast, you will be able to reminisce what you had for dinner last night from the food spills still on it unattended. The hotel reception is hardly manned. If you are lucky to get through to them on the intercom, you can expect more 'I don't know-s' than you have ever heard from a hotel reception. 'Do you have an ironbox?' ”I don't know.' ”Has the restaurant started serving breakfast?” ”I don't know.” Also, even when they answer, you can expect wrong answers with no sorrys or thank yous. During our week long trip through various cities of Rajasthan, sorry to say this is the worst level of hospitality that we encountered. The check out is at 10 30am, with the 2pm checkin (1pm originally, but delayed by an hour) and 10 30am checkout, it was hardly a day's stay for a INR 6000. We were hoping to extend check out time by an hour but by the end, we couldn't wait to exit the place. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

It was a decent experience at Aradhya Jaisalmer. Stayed for one night. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Deluxe Room was small, but nice, clean and comfortable for couple. Service is good. Reg the food - We just had breakfast there which was not at all good. We were told that there will be a good buffet spread, but Poha and aloo poori was there with tea etc. nothing else in the buffet. The hotel is purely veg - just to mention. Few things: - bathroom - no tissue paper holder, No hair dryer, No exhaust fan - No night light in room if you are planning to stay just for one night, it may be worth it!
