Fort Rajwada,Jaisalmer

Our family of four stayed at Fort Rajwada between March 29 to March 31, and it can confidently be said that Fort Rajwada is one of the best hotels that one can visit. We had also visited Rambagh Palace during our trip to Rajasthan, and it cannot compare to the excellence of Fort Rajwada. Everything from service to food to room to courtyard was perfection, and you can tell that every detail in the property was thoughtfully done. You are welcomed to the property with rose petals and a refreshing drink. As you sit in the main lobby, there’s a beautiful hand painted wall mural that depicts the life of Lord Ram, as well as more hand-painted art on the ceiling. We were told these beautiful additions took nearly a year to complete. The beauty of the hotel extends to the outdoor property, which was huge and well-maintained. It was a pleasure walking through the grounds. We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was clean and spacious. There were two bedrooms both with big bathrooms and a sitting area. There was a lot of natural light coming in plus more than enough space to sit and walk. What really made our stay at Fort Rajwada special was the service received from all staff members we encountered. The battery for our car key was dying, and staff went out of their way to get a replacement battery for us. The food was excellent, and restaurant ***ager Mr. Gulabji was knowledgeable and took time to ensure we had a good experience. I highly recommend a stay at Fort Rajwada and we will definitely visit again next time we are in Jaisalmer.

'Fort Rajwada' is no doubt one of the best property in Jaiselmer with all modern amenities blended tastefully with cultural richness and heritage of Rajasthan.Handpainted lobby of the hotel is so beautifully done in traditional shekhawati style that it was difficult to believe that its not a printed wallpaper. All stone carvings, interior and exteriors are splendidly done which give exceptional ambience to the place..Food, hospitality and staff are exemplary ..In short, this place is a must visit in Jaiselmer..that keeps on pleasantly linger on your mind for long.

I had the pleasure of staying at Fort Rajwara Jaisalmer from March 7th to 8th, 2024, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The hospitality extended by the staff was exceptional, making our stay unforgettable. The property itself is immaculately maintained, adding to the overall charm. My wife and I were warmly welcomed, leaving a lasting impression on us. I highly recommend visiting and staying at this magnificent property in Jaisalmer, and it's an experience I'll cherish for a lifetime.

The rooms are comfortable and well designed, general ambience very good, imposing facade, nice open courtyard and pool, very tastefully designed and decorated with traditional original paintings and reproductions of Company school paintings, food is delicious but the cherry on the cake is the service par excellence! The front desk sent an electrician in less than five minutes to fix a glitch at 11.30 pm!

This is a spectacular property with the best service. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds and pool serene and relaxing. Enjoyable evening entertainment. Food was good and service was top notch. Unfortunately because of out trip timing we stayed only 1 night.

We had a pleasant stay at Fort Rajwada. We booked two rooms and got them right next to each other. Both rooms were incredibly beautiful with peacock paintings on the walls. The bathrooms were freshly renovated and clean. Personally I loved the bamboo toothbrush, what is a sign of sustainability, that I had in the bathroom. The Beds were really comfortable and the stuff freshened it up every day. Also the food was great. Especially the chilly chicken with gravy. In the evening it’s very comfortable to sit at the pool and enjoy some drinks. The staff was very friendly, especially Mohit, who showed us everything from the start and gave us tips for excursions. On the last day we were able to check out late and I had a massage. The massage was very pleasant and I felt very relaxed afterwards. For me, this vacation was an unforgettable experience and my stay at the Rajwada fort made it incredibly pleasant.

It was a really great experience. The grounds are beautiful, the weather was perfect and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms are one of a kind in terms of furniture and interior design. The food was exquisite and the drinks were refreshing.
