NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY. ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL. VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE. EXCELLENT SERVICE. FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed. Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel. Food is good.

Experience the Class in Heritage property at the heart of the city. Traditional Dances & Puppet show added the rustic flavour of Rajasthan in the evening. Wonderful staff. Big swimming pool offers real treat to those who wanna njoy outdoor swim

My stay at Jai Mahal palace exceeded my expectations. This Taj group's heritage hotel lived up to the expectations. This is the first time, I have stayed at a heritage hotel and the experience is nothing but pleasant. The staff were courteous and very attentive right from check in. When it comes to food, I always had a hit or miss with the fine dining at these high end hotels. So I had lowered my expectations and boy I was so wrong. Had lunch at Marble arch, which was a thorough fare all day dining. Booked reservation for dinner at the Cinnamon. This was quite revealing. The food was awesome. Since this is the first time i have been to Rajasthan, I wanted to try the famous Laal Mass and the chef at Cinnamon nailed this. I am by no means a Rajasthani food expert, but your taste buds won't lie when they start singing. The mutton was falling off the bone and the gravy woke up my taste buds. This is a must try. Reshmi Kabob was equally good and melted in the mouth. Now surprise of all was the hyderabadi dum biryani. I am from Hyderabad and consumed some few kilos of it over the past 30 years. This biryani was perfect and was not over powered by spices and the way it should it be. It was nothing short of authentic Hyderabad dum biryani. To end with a heavenly tasting Rajasthan Gewar was the icing on the cake. I have to especially commend the staff (Dharmesh, Anushka, Rahul and Lalitha) for their excellent service and attention to customers. This dining experience is top on my list. Jai Mahal stay and dining experience is something one has to experience by themselves and a must for someone who is looking to get pampered.

The staff was very courteous throughout our stay. Duty manager ms pooja and others had made arrangements for early check in. chefs of each restaurant came specially to ask for our feedback post meals. The serving staff was very helpful. Aslam at the breakfast buffet always helped out with our dishes with promptness and a smile on his face. The housekeeping staff were very polite. We Experienced a very smooth checkout, despite new guests arriving, We were seen off very well and dropped till our car. This warmth means a lot and that is why we only prefer TAJ over anything else. Keep up the good work and thank you once again.

The palace is a magnificent place to stop and eat while in Jaipur. The staff are amazingly helpful and welcoming. All the restaurants have a wide selection of cuisines at westerns prices. The grounds are to die for and the yoga, dancing, instrument playing and roaming peacock all add to the wonderful experience.

We stayed at Jai Mahal on 30th June -2nd July'24. the entire staff was very well trained, well coming and supportive. they served us with great enthusiasm and price. there all all server was good but worth to mention Aslam at restaurant. A super cool thing happen to us our train was late and we keep waiting in the lobby. a duty manager Yatharth Godara approached and offered a complimentary 2 hour room for us to take a rest.overall it was the best experience staying in any Taj. Thanks for making our holiday memorable.
