Appalling. On 2nd night there was a RAT (MOUSE) in our friends room on the same floor 431. Having informed reception they were moved to another room on the same floor near the gym. We were helping them with moving stuff- on my entering 420 room I spotted movement of something running across, I informed the staff member who was helping with the move (think it was Amit). He was on the floor looking under the bed with his torch when the RAT darted out from under the bed and ran across the room. HI screamed and jumped on the bed. This is a total heath and safety issue. The hotel has a a rat infestation. This was the end of our holiday- the rest of the stay we could not settle and had a sleepless night. We were not happy to even dine in the restaurant as the kitchen could also be a health issue. On questioning another member of staff we understand that this hotel had a rat issue- why was nothing done about it? The hotel should be CLOSED, pest control and safety issues dealt with. It HAS to be cleared by health officials before being opened to guests. AMIT CONFIRMED HE SAW THE RODENT HIMSELF. Our friends who booked independently via another booing site have taken photographs which they will be forwarding. We felt absolutely sick on leaving the hotel and the rest of our stay in Jaipur was marred by this experience as we were suffering from sickness and diarrhoea. We demand a full REFUND ON OUR STAY as it was a horrifying experience and was a risk to our health.

Very kind and polite staff. Great location. There is a swimming pool at the rooftop but couldn’t use during the day since there is no shade and closes at 7pm.

Ristorante molto accogliente, personale disponibile e competente, cibo molto buono e abbondante ,pulizia ottima.Pavanji sempre molto gentile. Le camere accoglienti e pulite, una pecca dovuta ai tanti ragazzi presenti nell hote poco rispettosi e maleducati(squadre di giocatori) ma solo negli ultimi giorni del nostro soggiorno,ma di questo non ha nessuna colpa il personale dell hotel

Hotel moderno e molto confortevole,zona trafficata ma camere ben insonorizzate, buona cucina varia anche con piatti adatti clientela intermazionale, servizio in camera efficiente e preciso eseguito da Sunil che è stato gentilissima e premuroso.

Very humble staff. There hospitality was excellent. Food was very delicious, service was very fast. They doing there work was soo politely . I m giving 10 star to thus hotel . My overall experience was very good. Rooms and corridors are soo much clean.

Extremely organized staff. Loved their customer services. I don’t enjoy staying at hotels usually however they made my stay smooth and offered me a plenty of services. I would definitely refer this to my near and dear ones. Thank you Mehak Sood

Akash and rajkumar ji were there in our housekeeping and they were really helpful 😀 Happy stay here...grate place to stay Staff is really helpful at any moment they all were there and available Food is really good Services are provided here they are also really nice

The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. Bhageel and Raj ensure the rooms are always spotless and well-maintained. Their dedication to cleanliness and hospitality makes the stay truly enjoyable at this place really appreciate the place

The rooms were clean and house keeping staff ( Akash and Rajkumar) are really good at their work. The food service is open for 24 hours but in night only few options availabl, snacks are not served at night. There is a pool wnd that was clean. Recommended.

All good Please separate Veg and Non veg counter at dinner. Very clean and beautiful. Next time we will stay here only All staff are very cooperative and helpful nature. And most important is very fast service any thing we want just call them and it’s here. Thank you so much see you next time .
