Vesta Maurya palace was our chance stay as it is an affiliate of club Liberty when we decided to visit Jaipur Located on the Arvind Road off the main MI road in the Panch batti area of Ashok nagar of Jaipur is easily accessible and is about 20 -25 minutes from Jaipur airport. Services like Uber are available. A smooth and quick check- in as we reached was welcome as we had taken a early morning flight to reach around noon. The east facing room allotted on the 5 th floor overlooked a vast open playground area was adequately furnished. Perhaps fresher and new looking linen would make the traveller more comfortable. As tourist we spent most of the day time away from the hotel visiting various renowned places in Jaipur - the pink City a planned City with the current royal family living in the city palace. The city's planning and architecture is attractive and inviting the domestic and international tourists. What is worth mentioning about Vesta Maurya palace is it's restaurant "Dalchini" which provided enjoyable tasty breakfast. The staff was courteous and took care of us diligently. Jairam truly care for us among the restaurant staff who as a team appeared well trained. It is commendable that the management of Vesta Maurya has inculcated the ethos of sincere service. Our short stay was enjoyable and we will return as and when we visit Jaipur.

The staff is courteous The room is average and old. The passageways smell and need refurbishing. The foyer is impressive. Location is good though past the sites when you travel from the Delhi-Gurugram region. The restaurant is inefficient and slow. food is mediocre. Brunch for tourist packages seems their primary concern and not the one couple sitting and waiting to order, pay bill or get any items ordered. The bathroom on the entry floor is despicable. It has an Indiana nd Western toilet. Indian is perhaps cleaner, western is dirty, filled with overflowing water and impossible to use. These make the rating poor for this hotel

We stayed hear during my business tripe. Rooms was neat and clean and specious. Breakfast was very good all staff are very friendly and cooperatives... Specially front office Manager Mr Roshan and Ms Pooja was very supportive . Thanks to vesta team

Booked through Agoda, for 24th to 26th Feb 2025, by paying about Rs.8500 for 2 days stay, The room was smelly, I was offered a different room which had stains on the bedsheet & the sofa was also dirty, the rooms were not maintained, I booked another hotel and requested Agoda and the Hotel Management for refund, they said "can't do" again called Agoda customer support several times and Today I got a response email from Agoda "As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering you a compensation of USD 13.19, credited to your account as Agoda Cash. Please note, this is the maximum amount we are capable of offering. Regards, Agoda Customer Experience Group" After having been a longstanding customer with Agoda, this response is so disappointing, Hope They look into this seriously to make for a better customer experience.

We stayed there for 12 nights. Generally the service was ok, especially the restaurant Dalchini and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Jairam) When we checked in on the 31 January at around 11.00 pm the male staff didn't say a word of welcome or good evening and was unfriendly. He gave us a few hotel Wi-Fi pass words without saying it is only valid for 2 days. The hotel WiFi only worked for 7 days of out of our 12 days. The rest of the nights we cannot watch YouTube/TV When we complained to the front office supervisor/manager,she said we will get the technician to check. Later when I asked her she said ok already, but in actuality there was no WiFi throughout until we checked out. Later we found out from one of the front office honest staff, the reason there was no internet because the server was down and the hotel management didn't do something... When we checked out on the 12 February the front office staff by the name of Maya, did not smile at all and never said a word of thanks, (knowing very well we stayed for 12 nights, and had 8 breakfasts and 12 lunches and dinners, meaning we gave the hotel a lot of business. The hotel should have put the friendly and helpful staff at the front office and the unfriendly staff in the restaurant or somewhere else...

Don't go this place horrible hotel staff and pathetic room We had a horrible stay at vesta Jaipur it was a nightmare and life threatening experience for us when we raised issues regarding problems. The hotel manager including his staff just ignored us.as if our existence was irrelevant. I booked three standard rooms via agoda 15 days advance and since my kid and mom are allergic to smoking my top priority request was for a non smoking room i made a special request. At the time of check-in all three rooms infact reception staff serious cigarette smoking smell and when we raised the concern the solution provided was a room refresher the fragrance of which lasted for a couple of hours. After several follow ups for the persistent smoking odour, nothing was done When we wanted to raise the issue with the hotel senior management we were informed by the hotel staff they are not available. and I asked the reception lady please mantion my problem,so the ledy answer pls mantion your problem my complaint book...... it problem..... Really Very very pathetic service and staff improve your staff management This is my second visit my first visit 2017 it was awesome so I planned with my family again stay Jaipur vesta but presen time its not good effect pathetic

We stayed here during new years for 3 nights and had the worst experience ever. Rooms are outdated with cracked walls, rusted fittings and very untidy. Management staff is horrible. They don't listen to any requests or complaints. They commit one thing, never deliver on those commitment and ask you to force checkout without refunds taking advantage of peak season rush. We were not the only ones facing this situation. I wonder how this hotel is rated as 4 star.

Located only 100 metres or so from MI road you can’t beat the location. Hotel itself is nice and clean with staff that are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with nice comfortable bed and bathroom. Restaurant is high quality with Breakfast and Dinner, I had dinner a few nights and someone curries very tasty. Tour desk probably the low point, you get ripped off with tours you get charged 3000 rupee per day and tours finish early and they don’t take you to all the spots? On my second day of tour driver said at 12.30pm sight seeing finished for the day!! even though it was to finish at 5.00pm and I hadn’t seen all the temples and other sites over the 2 days. And tour agent doesn’t explain things and nothing on paper, no issues with him not being fluent in English but I would think they would have written on paper day 1 this is the activities and day 2 this is the activities we are doing. And worst driver just wanted to keep taking me to markets/textile shops when I was on sight seeing tour not shopping tour.
