More a hotel for summer. In December was quite cold.
In general the hotel needs a new polish. The chairs cushion was broken. The cushion on the chairs were broken. The bathroom was quite old and shabby. Night stand was broken. The tap was dripping.
Too high price for that quality.

Splendido Heritage Hotel: sede storica, atmosfera calda e accogliente, stanze ampie e confortevoli; cena indiana di qualità eccelsa e da non perdere il Café Orleans per il dessert (tots all’ arancio e miele fantastica). Wi fi non molto potente: unica pecca

Un hotel favoloso. La struttura è davvero unica e particolare, anche la parte esterna. Il personale super disponibile e gentile. Un buffet gustoso e variegato per la colazione. La camera che ci hanno dato è davvero spettacolare, curata confortevole.

soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel a Jaipur durante un tour con amici. hotel haveli molto suggestivo ed affascinante, come ti aspetti da queste residenze signorili ristrutturate in rajasthan. colazione e cena all'aperto nel bel giardino. camere in stile, arredi delle parti comuni bellissimi. da provare

The property is nestled in a palace oasis bang in the centre of the city. *Room* Our room was comfortable with all the basic amenities. However the bathroom needed a massive upgrade. The room had beautiful palace decore and hand painted walls. *Service* Service was good. Service team were hard working. Kudos’ *Food* Hotel food needs an upgrade quality wise. There are other restaurants within the complex that were good. Shikar Bagh their food was outstanding and they do deliver till your hotel room. *Property* The palace is stunning and the grounds are beautiful with dancing peacocks in the rain and squirrels trying to find food in our bags . They also have a beautiful spa, outdoor swimming and gardens plus an open air restaurant which gives a sense of nostalgia. Over all the stay was good as good service made up for the food and The Palace and its grounds made us feel royal.

We were planning for a trip to celebrate 20th anniversary and we finalized our stay in Narayana Niwas Palace Hotel Jaipur. The stay was unique compared to any other hotel till date we stayed. The feel of the palace, unique Cafe area,beautiful corridors, multiple restaurant's with unique ambience, delicious food & overall excellent hospitality. We stayed here 4 nights & it added grandness to our anniversary celebration. Overall excellent stay

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wonderful cafe, restaurant and shopping on grounds. Staff were attentive and responsive but never overbearing. Great location for most activities around Jaipur.

I was at this hotel with my husband and we were very well received, especially by the attendant Ravi who was extremely friendly and attentive, we loved being served by him. Our dinners were very pleasant and Ravi's service helped us a lot, Ravi's service made all the difference in making us enjoy our stay at the hotel even more. Thank you for everything Ravi️ We had a problem on the first night with one of the air conditioning units, it was making a lot of noise but they quickly changed our room despite it being late at night. The next day, we contacted the travel agency to explain what had happened, and they offered us to change rooms again with an upgrade, they showed us some rooms and we had the option to choose, it was great! We would like to return in high season to witness the dinner and dancing. Thank you Namastê
