Bathroom water drain line is not clear. During bath water is getting collected on the bathroom floor and need to take shower in water. Wash basin tap water is slow, need more flow to use. I did not needed use the personal locker but I found its locked already, must be kept open. Rest all perfect.

It was a fantastic stay…everything from room to service to food was just fabulous….it will be my every time stay at Jaipur….no other…within the price range it is one of the bestest options one can ever have & breakfast my god (lip smacking) 5 se b upar ki eating milni chahiye

Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, food was good and most important the rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was quite nice and was the main highlight of the stay. We were 2 people travelling and had booked delux room which was comfortable for 2 people and well maintained. I would recommend to stay on this place.

Came for one night after we made a mistake in our booking at the other hotel. It was our fault but the staff helped us immediately! The room clean, beds comfortable. Receptionist kind, the groom kind and smiling. Thank you guys for your kind customer service! 🩷

Best in class hotel Near to airport I found Staff was well behaved Great ambiance of restaurant Good food quality in both dinner and breakfast.easy check in and check out process. Business friendly . Would recommend for nice stay and good food.

We are staying here for business purpose since last 50 days . I must say one of the worst hospitality service i have recieved from these guys . Except the food and housekeeping all of the front desk staff and ***agers are just inhospitable . You cant expect any of these to serve you as a guest . Every now and you have to call them for tv recharge , ac servicing , water replenishment . Completely useless

Location is very good. This property is on kota highway. And property is to clean according her standard and room was very good and clean. Linen quality is to good. Breakfast is good. And staff were professional and friendly.

Let’s start with the pros, decent rooms, okay on cleanliness. Cons: where to start, the service is terrible. The cleanliness was okay but we found that the towels and sheets were dirty. There was no running hot water. If you want to use the washroom at night and you require hot water you may have to call the front desk to switch on the geyser or boiler. The toiletries were not replaced every day. Even the television was not recharged and active. Coming to the buffet breakfast, one word for it terrible. They have a basic menu that is almost fixed. During a stay of three days. We did not see a change in menu items. Boiled eggs was stale, poha was very dry, Idly was hard from the sides. They did not have omelette in their menu. When we asked for omelette, the restaurant guy simply said the chef is not present. around 10 PM. At night. We required a toothpick to which we were declined that we can provide you that only in the morning. Parking space, though the website claims they have parking space but it is not in front of the hotel. It is on the side of the hotel and basically an empty plot with no covering over the plot. So there is no way you will park your car and come out with your shoes clean because there is mud all over The parking space. Overall, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone as the basic issues like fetching, a toothpick or getting an omelette done were even possible at the hotel. To every complain that we had they simply had one excuse the staff is new and they are not yet properly trained.

It was too good experience in this hotel.It was very clean and beautiful rooms.Staff was really too awesome!! Food was also fine! Special thanks to suvardeep singh ,Ashish Sharma,aarti Sharma and soumik datta. So if you want best hotel then you can go for it!
