When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

I had a good time at this hotel, with excellent and helpful staff. Shalu in particular was a delightful girl. We also got to experience the new years celebration with other in house guests and the hotel staff at a nearby venue. That was my best New Year’s party! They accommodated guests very well and organised the event spectacularly.

All services are very very good and awasome and hotel staff also very helpful and Friendly,and Ms Kismat Mr Azhar khan & Ms Sangita very nice staff n helpful n all services r very well ,and hotel welcome aslo very well ,rooms r very clean n location also very nice 😊😊

A special mention goes to Kismat Kunwat, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our time there. From the moment we arrived, Kismat ensured that all our needs were met with efficiency and a warm smile. Her dedication to customer service was truly commendable. Whether it was assisting with our requests, providing prompt responses, or ensuring we were comfortable, she was always available and eager to help. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and Kismat did exactly that. What stood out the most was her professionalism and friendly approach, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist at any moment added a personal touch to our visit. Such exceptional service truly enhances the overall experience, and we are grateful for her efforts. We highly recommend this place, not just for its facilities but also for the amazing staff like Kismat Kunwat, who make every guest feel special. Looking forward to visiting again!

The stay was comfortable and service was also good. They will attend any queries without delay. The food served at the restaurant is very good and specially staffs “Kismat kumawat & Azhar khan” were very helpful. They made us feel comfortable and assist in anything needed promptly.

Nice service nice all things are good nice hotel. Azhar Khan and kismat Kumawat are well and good and giving very good and excellent service.food quality is very nice ......hotel background is also good .......quick service is available for all
