Hotel in zona Jagdalpur Brethren Assembly, Jagdalpur

14 ottobre 2024. Il mio parere su Rainbow Hotel Jagdalpur. Conosco questo hotel per avervi soggiornato nel 2011 e nel 2015. Sono già 9 anni! Ho avuto un'ottima accoglienza. Una grande stanza. Il casale è fatto quasi tutti i giorni, tranne all'inizio forse. Mi piacerebbe che lo facciano quando le chiedo. In particolare le orecchie e le loro taglie devono essere perfette. I primi giorni erano sporchi, i semi distrutti e sporchi, i nuovi sono impeccabili. La mia camera dà sulla strada a nord. È fresca. Il clima e la ventilazione funzionano bene. L’acqua calda è ben calda. Mi piace usare i sigilli per la doccia e quindi regolare io stesso la temperatura dell’acqua. E questo è più economico in acqua, anche se non importa a tutti. Il colazione è molto buono. Non ci sono stati spesso di yaourt (dahi), danno. Neanche spesso degli idlis che amo. Ma, è molto buono e il servizio molto bene. Un altro sarebbe fornire consigli ai clienti per i diversi luoghi di visita possibile. In particolare, per prendere i trasporti verso i villaggi come Dentewada, Barsur, le cadute d’acqua come Chitrakot, e i mercati locali di Tokapal, Lohandiguda o Geedam. Ma questo è forse del campo d’applicazione dell’ufficio turistico. .sylvain (Sylvain)

Very nice and friendly staff. Some of them also speak english. The room and also the bathroom were clean.

We loved Bastar Jungle Resort, and we were well looked after by the very kind Mr Gerrard and his team. The resort is set away off the beaten track, surrounded by forest. The dawn and dusk birdsong of the forest was very special, and I slept unbelievably well. The rooms were enormous, with comfy beds, and huge bathrooms with excellent showers and hot water. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and it was great to have the space to spread out stuff after a number of days of dusty travelling. The large verandahs attached to the rooms were perfect for sitting out for our evening tipple before heading to supper. It was calm and peaceful and we were sorry to leave. To manage expectations, the resort does need a little love and attention, and a good gardener is needed to tame some of the out of control plants which would benefit from cutting back, but on the other hand, we all just thoroughly enjoyed the slightly wild nature of the place, and the peace. And we much enjoyed meeting Mr Gerrard.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and staff behaviour is very good. Hotel is in a prime location, restaurant is there. Food is also tasty. Overall a nice experience. I reached around 2 am in the morning and they allowed me early checkin also.

Wonderful service. Super clean room. I noticed a lot of warmth from the staff. I shall go back and stay for another two days in some time.

Solo estuvimos comiendo y estaba buena a un precio muy razonable, nos pillo de paso mientras nos desplazábamos a otra ciudad, pero fue todo un acierto dar con este restaurante. Y ahora me piden que escriba mas,,, pero que...

Hotel is neat clean and quite comfy, some may find bathroom bit small. Staff was very courteous and room service is pretty cheap. Overall had nice stay and would definitely recommend.

I am a localite and I had booked earlier for our marketing team who visit Koraput every week. They used to have a good service but off-late its service has been horrible. For booking you can do it over phone. I had called yesterday and had asked to book a room. They confirmed that room is available. When I provided my details, the guy on the phone the said that they have enough rooms and you can come down as no one will book so late in the night. After reaching, the new guy had come in the shift. Although the room was there, he said that he won't accept it if you don't do advance booking. I asked him the process of advance booking over the phone. He said that you need to give your name, which I had given. If his colleague has not noted, then it is their problem. It was strange as he was very rude while talking about this. No sense of how customer support should be provided. And it was further shocking as they had empty rooms. His other colleagues also didn't agree as how would a customer know if someone at their end over the phone has noted the details or not. His name is Mr. Dharmendra. He also made some personal remarks. And also asking me to rather bang his colleague the next day.

Location is good. Though the property is an old one but still the room condition was perfect. They care a lot about cleanliness. Food is excellent. Staffs are very well behaved. Response time from staffs at par with any star hotel. Overall a very nice experience.
