Hotel Pratap Palace

The reception staff were friendly and the room was clean, however we had major issues in the restaurant. My wife has had a recent medical procedure and therefore had certain dietary requirements and the restaurant manager said he could understand and there was no need for us to use google translate. She chose what she thought would be the simplest dish on the menu, chicken club sandwich with no mayo and plain fries. When the meal came there was mayo in the sandwich and pepper on the fries. So it was returned and the sandwich came back without mayo but also without fries. She was told the fries would be five minutes. After ten minutes fries were bought out of the kitchen but left on the side behind the counter where upon the serving staff began to help themselves. When we asked about the fries again this plate was then brought to us, half full of fries and cold. We said they were cold and they were then taken back to the kitchen and returned to us hot and soggy. Obviously reheated, probably in a microwave. We have never been to a restaurant where staff help themselves to food and then serve it to the customer. It was disgraceful behaviour.

Rooms are very clean with all amenities , food is amazing , location is at city centre . Parking place is little congested. Hotel ambiance is excellent

Very good location. Very Good Stay, House Keeping Staff are quite good. Food quality is good and quantity is enough. Lady receptionists must be more prompt and knowledgeable and must know about the local scenario. Proper Check Out done without hazards.
