We booked one appointment with two bed rooms and another with one bedroom. Overall extremely poor experience. Good: 1. Niluja and house keeping staff member works extremely hard. 2. Good effective air conditioning 3. Very clean bedding Bad: 1. Extremely poorly managed building (Not even sure what the managers function is) 2. None of the apartments that we occupied was maintained. 3. Bathrooms were falling apart, shower heads were broken, shower cubicle glass and wall tiles filled and discoloured with soap scum 4. Mould in the bathroom 5. Windows haven’t been cleaned in a very long time from inside and outside 6. Units have not been pained in a very long time so the walls were extremely dirty 7. Dirty kitchen counters with corroded stove top 8. Kitchen full of ants - no pest control done for the entire building. 9. Only one elevator working with wrong directional arrow 10. Rusted elevator doors 11. Outdoor garage area filled with dirt and discarded items 12. Emergency staircase not maintained. If you are looking to get serious about renting apartment on short term basis, you have to maintain basic standards.
