Hotel a Jacó, Costa Rica

Stayed 3 nights. Staff nice but only front desk spoke much English. Parking attendant was appreciated. Breakfast was ok. Had a couple dinners there with basic dishes- pizza, appetizers. Pool warm. Small play area for kids. Mixed crowd- families, retirees, bike tourists. Room was fine, got cleaned each day. No complaints at all. Although a bit off the beach it was also away from the downtown noise and bustle.

L'accento è il Tortuga Surf Camp! Selina si è separata e ha sollevato il bar con il Tortuga Surf Camp, creando il loro campo di base. Mike e gli istruttori sono i migliori a Jaco. Tortuga lavora con principianti per i surfi esperti. Il mio surf è migliorato tanto e mi piace lavorare con loro. Sono così fortunato a imparare da persone che amano assolutamente condividere la loro passione. La posizione è perfetta e essere in grado di fare una lezione di surf su una straordinaria pausa di spiaggia con i migliori istruttori o affittare un tavolo e tornare a ottenere il lavoro fatto è un plus! Tortuga Surf Camp ha un seminario settimanale di sopravvivenza apnea nella piscina che prende ha portato la mia fiducia in acqua al livello successivo. Mike ha una passione per l'acqua che mostra in ogni lezione e interazione. Il loro fotografo, Ivan, offre video e foto di drone eccellenti per l'acquisto con ogni lezione. Mi piace documentare il mio progresso! Io sto già pianificando il mio prossimo viaggio di ritorno! Il campus è bellissimo e tranquillo. La posizione è sorprendente ! La piscina è fantastica dove si può mangiare bevande e rilassarsi. Il personale è così fantastico! Sempre qualcosa da fare e così vicino ai ristoranti e alla divertita vita notturna.

The front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).
