One of the beds had some loose dirt out crumbs on the surface of the that had to be brushed off of the comforter. The breakfast provided was very light, consisting of a few oatmeal packet options, two cereal options, toast and small pastries and coffee and milk but was as expected based on the description of the hotel. Airport shuttle is no longer provided but an Uber was quick to match with a driver and only cost about 16 dollars at 5am. The ride was less than 10 minutes.

There wasn’t enough towels, pillows were flat, the floor was dirty and made our feet black. No water pressure in the shower. Pieces of the ceiling were hanging .Cockroaches were in with the bread during breakfast, the juice machine was out of order, and the coffee was terrible.
The worst thing was that I got stuck in the bathroom for about half an hour until the owner brought a hammer and my husband used it to break the door handle off so I could get out. And then offered me $10 for my trouble only after I asked for a discount!
DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

Manager called and corrected a mistake I made and had my rooms ready when I arrived. Customer service was excellent from beginning to finish.

I would like to request a refund. I didn't not stay at Econo lodge. The couple of rooms they showed me smell horrible. It's not possible to spend spend a nite in those rooms. First of all, the ac unit smells horrible, it has not been cleaned out service. All non smoking rooms have been smoked in. I was unable to breathe or stay in that condition. I'm entitled to clean and sanitize room, that I can breathe and feel comfortable. I was told be the front desk, there was no refund. I never got livable room or not service that I paid for. How can you say no refund after presenting me with a room I can't sleep in.

We paid for the breakfast for 2 people and this hotel doesn’t have even coffee !It is very shady place in dangerous neighborhoods. We do not recommend it to anyone !

The room was dirty I checked in early smell was horrible heater didn't work was given a space heater it didn't work room was smelly it was absolutely horrible AND THEY REFUSED MY REFUND AND I LEFT BEFORE TIME TO CHECK IN
