- 5 min to stadium TIAA BANK FIRLD.
Building has 24-hr controlled access, fitness center, laundry room, billiards and internet café downstairs. Evening and weekend security on site.
Parking is free from 6:00pm - 8:00am weekdays and free on the weekends. Paid parking on the side of the street by the meter $0.50 for 1hr cash or pay by phone. I chose this for a quick getaway/ staycation to enjoy downtown Jacksonville without having to drive home after socializing. I loved the location, and the space was very neat and clean. The downer was that I checked out earlier than expected because I just couldn't rest. The infrastructure is a bit noisy, and I could hear neighbors chatting in their units, so with all of that, my energy was thrown off. I took a chance and drove home anyway after my evening out.

We liked it!
We came for a one night stay for a concert and the location was right in the city and only 30 minutes from the beach. Check in was easy and the other’s in the building were nice. It was clean and the bed was so comfy!

Great location!
Stayed here for one night for a concert at the Vy Star Veterans Arena, a little over a mile away and took us less than 8 minutes to get there!
Great location, easy to check in, no hassle, parking out front, comfy bed, waters in fridge, coffee provided, some snacks on the counter.
Would definitely stay again!

The A/C was loud. The window was open when we got there. Needs some blackout drapes.

Perfect for overnight stay
Room was clean. If you’re looking to stay downtown without paying the price for the downtown hotel, this is a good place.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. Such a quaint little loft and perfect for us. The elevator across the hall is a bit loud and busy, but we soon learned to tune it out. We were convenient walking distance or a quick Uber ride to our desired destinations. Will definitely stay again!

The bed was a cheap bed that sunk in middle, Very cheap mattress and remote control to TV had weak batteries.
Horrible place.
