Jackson: hotel a 2 stelle

Ok, my check in was phenomenal! Dee, who assisted us at check in is amazing. She is so helpful and friendly. I am so impressed with her. We needed a bottle opener and she whipped one out of her personal possessions and gave us her bottle opener. Later, when we needed another cocktail, she actually brought it to us in our room. What a sweet woman she is. She needs to be promoted! As for the hotel, very clean, nicely appointed and our beds were super comfy with plenty of amenities around. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through the area. Dee rocks!

Upon arrival we were dubious about the location but they do have gated parking so decided to proceed. This hotel has been updated for the most part but I was very horrified upon checking in and getting ready to wash up when air and very dirty muddy water came gushing out of the sink. I let it run a bit and it did clear up but it was really shocking. The same thing happened with the bath when I went to take a shower, lots of air, mud and muddy water came out. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. Because I was so tired and the water appeared to clear up I just went to bed. The beds are comfortable and pillows were good. The next morning when I went to check out I asked about the water issue and was told that unfortunately the City of Jackson doesn't inform the hotel when they are doing construction and they had been working right around the corner. REALLY? How does mud and and air get into the hotel system just because construction was going on? the hotel does offer a full breakfast but we were afraid to eat it not knowing about the water.

The Red Roof Inn is recently remodeled, with new staff and owners. This hotel has gone through major improvements with remodeled rooms, new furniture and comfortable beds. It is very clean and well maintained. The outside areas are nicely landscaped, very well lit and secure. A major improvement from earlier days! Highly recommend it since new owner, Bob Patel took over!

L'hotel è vecchio e sporco, e le persone gridano nel parcheggio per tutta la notte. C'è un uomo che, come una tenda pop-up nel parcheggio vendendo maiale tratto. Sembra che sia stato lì da molto tempo. La superficie della stanza era un po' pulita, ma i mobili erano colorati e sporchi. Avevamo una stanza senza fumo, ma la tavola aveva bruciato segni. Il tubo aveva la polvere e la moldazione costruita negli angoli e dietro la porta del bagno. Le foglie erano colorate. La chiusura della porta era rotta. La tenda della finestra era caduta. Il sito ha detto che c'era colazione gratuita – non c'era colazione. Avvertitevi che non c'era allarme antincendio o sprinter. La porta aveva un divario 1-inch al fondo. Non rimarremo qui di nuovo. Doveva lasciare – ma non avrebbe restituito i nostri soldi.
