This was amazing and fabulous trip. All functions went very well. Our stay was incredible and peaceful. Thanks to vijan mahal front office team like Sonali , anand, raju who cared us a lot during the stay. We will recommend all my family and friends to come and stay here. The food part was also amazingly very tasty. Thanks to everyone

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with family. The staff was polite, well behaved and welcoming. The food I had in their restaurant was really really awesome and top notch. They also provided taxi for local sightseeing (not included in price) which was very convenient and their drivers are professionals. Room was big, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this place to families

Best stay here with family.we are coming for merrige but I like hotel Service is delay but all over is good need to more improve *** power in service. Shawn elizy is an excellent place to stay with very courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, excellent food and location. Highly recommend it for anyone who plans to visit jabalpur can stay here for an excellent experience.

Rooms are spacious ,good and hygienic rooms. Well maintained services .Quick service staff. Liked the front office mr. Nitin and santosh their coursey. Very good staff. I visit just because of their warm welcome. They offer pick n drop from station.

La mia stanza era eccellente. Perfetta posizione per l'hotel, il personale era estremamente utile e gentile, specialmente il personale di fronte. La stanza era molto bello e mantenuto pulito. Controllo/esame senza problemi.Hotel ha conservato il bagaglio prima e dopo il check-in/check-out che è stato anche molto utile. Sicuramente rimarrebbe qui e consigliere agli altri.Grazie per un viaggio e soggiorno inoltrabili.

The front desk staff are hopeless, very unfriendly and rude. They were quite unhelpful with the little things like making change but also unmoved when we asked for a thirty minute late checkout. I could make this review quite long with many more complaints but the real disappointment was the smell of our room. It had clearly been a smoking room at some point and cologne was used to mask the smell. Either that or someone broke a bottle in there. The scent was stifling, I couldn't wait to leave the room. One last thing, I'm not sure how safe the facade of this building would be in a fire. When we opened our windows to the street there is quite involved facade structure that would make escape in a fire impossible. Don't bother staying here, go to Samdareeya or Kalchuri Residency (I would have but it was shaddi.com season.)
