What a lovely and unique resort! The drive alone to get there is an adrenaline rush, and not for the faint of heart. The resort is built mostly local material. It has modern touches and amenities while seeming authentically Omani. The breakfast and dinner buffets that were included were excellent. Not a lot of selection but definitely enough, and considering how remote this location is everything was fresh and quite tasty. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel's tagline is ”Designed to Make Your Stay Magnificent” and they certainly lived up to it.

La notte ci siamo fermati a The View e ci siamo piaciuti. Le cabine sono completamente belle (sì, non super nuove, ma pulite e in buona forma) e la vista è eccezionale. Il personale era super amichevole e utile. Stavamo per un paio d'ore dalla piscina, che era molto bello. Quando mi avvicinò alla piscina, ero preoccupato perché non vedevo alcuno ombrello (e bruciavo facilmente), ma il personale era molto utile e mi ha dato uno. Il cibo era anche buono. Resteresti qui di nuovo!
