I had a truly pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly drivers and the shuttle bus service. This was our first encounter with the hotel's hospitality, and it left an outstanding impression. It's incredibly convenient, particularly for those arriving on a late - night flight. The check - in staff were also top - notch. They greeted us with warmth and handled the check - in procedures meticulously, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. And let's not forget the breakfast. It's a buffet, and the food is absolutely oishi. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.

The room is clean and more spacious than in the picture. The room has complete amenities. The staff is good. There is a shuttle to KIX airport. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Near to the KIX.. n they provide free shuttle to the airport. Didn't try breakfast as we have early morning flight.. near to Rinku outlet too n yes same shuttle to/from airport.. will repeat if need to board from KIX..

The hotel situated near Kansai International airport about 20-25 mins driving by car. They provided pick up and drop off service so it is very convenient to hotel guests.  Their staffs also very helpful and polite.  The room is clean and  with all amenities provided.I  highly recommend this hotel.

Located near the KIX airport with free shuttle bus service running once per hour. Room is not genuinely big but able to open 2 suitcases without blocking the corridor. There is a public bath on the 1st floor which you can enjoy a hot bath. Nice service and friendly staff.

We stayed twice in this hotel, arrival and departure days. This hotel is very convenient and accessible be it from airport or to city as it has free shuttle service. Check in service was great and the receptionist very friendly. Love the onsen as well though I find the onsen water a little too hot when we first tried. Room was clean and well kept.

Excellent value for $ hotel for a short or transit stay beside the Kansai airport. if you want a free shuttle bus to travel to and from the airport. The bus comes on time, breakfast is not great but good enough. You need to reserve for the next morning bus to the airport and they even call you once the bus is ready. Attached is the free shuttle pickup in the afternoon. You can check their website for the morning bus schedule.

Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel near an airport, and even maybe a bit more. Clean and tidy rooms, okay public baths. Breakfast is well furnished although not exceptional. Super helpful staff. A very good solution if you want to catch and early flight, hotel airport shuttle is on point.

The standard twin room is good enough to have two sizable luggage, it is very important for visitors to stay at the last night before going to airport. Free parking adds value. The onsen is not big, but good enough to be relax after one day's shopping or sightseeing. We have a very pleasant half day stay at the nearby AEON factory mall. The supermarket, the shopping area and the restaurants, food court offering many good choices. Even you don't go to AEON, few small Japanese restaurants nearby, you have choices too. The location is very good for early flight back home, just 15 mins driving distance, can sleep more.

Highly recommended for travelers. Has a shuttle to Kansai Airport. I was excited to try the 7/11 near it when I arrived. The clerk was very friendly, too. Also, i love their shampoo and conditioner. I wish the brand was indicated so I can buy my own. It was a great experience!

It was very far from the station that I had to walk under the scorching weather.
