中伏，間嘢原來廁所在地下，不是二樓單位內，還要與其他單位共用，網站內沒有寫明，泊車車位只有屋旁那個，如來到沒有泊車位，就要自行去外面搵，網上提供相片不完整，只看到某些位置，付了錢後，才在電郵講，怪不得即時收錢，不設退款。
還有沒有 Wi-Fi 提供, 屋旁邊就是國道，車來車往，附近也沒有什麼食店。
還要求上傳護照於他們的系統，基於網絡安全理由，表示不會上傳給他們這間屋的房東，他不是一間有規模的大酒店，只是一間老舊房屋，而且，我在日本入住多間，有規模大型的自助公寓，也不會要求上傳護照證件的，他還拿出日本法律。
由於這間屋在網站內，已有隱瞞，不說明屋內實況，付錢後才告知，而且，他們的系統是什麼呢！
所以，要求退款，但拖延4-5日，到入住前一天說，不會退款。
經常到日本旅遊，如提供住宿方，有某些不足，提供不了應有的設施或服務，就算預訂時不設退款，也會歸還有關款項。
不要緊，基於這房東各種問題，以及證件安全為由，就算他不退款，我和朋友也決定不會入住這間老舊房屋，在日本旅遊多年，從未試過遇到這種事情。
當豪給他吧...

お風呂付きの宿泊宿泊所を探していて、予約しましたが
なんとお風呂が部屋には無く、玄関を出て階段下にありました。もちろんそちらも鍵付きの部屋にはなっていますが、あるのは戸外であり宿泊した冬の時期には寒くて入れませんでした。
また、共用であるので宿泊詳細の「お風呂付」きの所に立地条件を記載されるべきだと思いました。近くに温泉施設があるので困ることはないですが、記載されている内容と違うと感じました。

自炊設備、冷蔵庫、ガスコンロ、ロースター、電子レンジ、炊飯器、食器、ハシ、鍋みな揃っていますので持込不要です。
徒歩圏内にマックスバリュー、ドラックストアあるので食料、アルコール全て調達できます。同じく安価な温泉の共同浴場も徒歩10分以内に三箇所あり、またホテルなどの日帰り温泉も利用できます。土肥海水浴場も500m位、近くの土肥漁港で釣りもできます。建物の横には和食割烹、前には台湾料理の店もあり外食も便利。ご家族、仲間同士で利用すればコスパ最高です。
土肥楽しむ最高の施設です。設備の不備などは連絡すれば直ぐ対応してくれるところも素晴らしい。
