The meal is great, the water pressure of the room in the 3rd floor is very low, the location is not convenient that you need to take the shuttle from Shuzenji station for around 25 mins to get to the hotel. And the service is poor.
I booked the premium room that has a hot spring bath in our room on Dec. 21st. When we get in our room, we found that the toilet paper wasn’t flushed in the toilet, and found that the wall was chipped, so we contacted the front desk to check.
They came and took some photos for record and said they need to talk to their top management to see what they can do.
They came back and said that our room is their most premium level, so if we want to change room, it will be downgraded, so they proposed to only offer us 2 free drinks for our dinner.
We ordered 2 set of 8500 yen dinner and order 2 drinks which we believe they will be for free.
However, on the next day when we checked out, they don’t make any compensation. They charged us 24500yen for the dinners and the drinks. so they didn’t deliver what they said they were going to compensate.
I traveled to Japan for 14 times in 40 different prefectures and this is the worst service that I had in Japan.
I felt so silly to expect a wonderful experience in the most premium room in Marriott hotel in Japan.
飯店的餐飲表現很好,但三樓房間水壓很弱,地點很不方便,需要從修善寺車站搭25分鐘的接駁車才能前往飯店,此外他們的服務非常爛。
我跟我弟在12/21晚上預定入住他們最高級房裡有溫泉浴池的房型,當我們進房入住的時候發現馬桶內還有沒沖掉的衛生紙,以及房間內的牆壁有多處碰撞缺角跟壁紙脫落的痕跡,因此我們立刻聯絡櫃檯人員反應此事。他們派人來拍照紀錄後說需要跟管理層的人員溝通如何處理。
後來他們回來說我們的房型已經是最高級的,如果要換房間可能等級會下修,因此提議稍後晚餐提供給我們兩杯免費飲料。
後來我們晚餐點了兩份8500日幣的餐點並點兩杯飲料。
但在隔天我們退房時,飯店開給我們的帳單是加收24500日幣的費用,因此他們說要免費提供的飲料也沒有免費提供。
這是我生涯14次去日本旅行,去過40個縣的住宿經驗中最爛的。這也讓我覺得自己期待在萬豪酒店住最高等級的房間會得到完美體驗是多麼蠢的事情
