Odaların temizliği ve toplu ulaşım kolaylığı açısından iyi bir yer ,ve odalar fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi ***et geniş , kullanışlı fakat çevrede pub tarzi kafelerin olmasından dolayı biraz gürültü mevcut. Biz sorun etmedik, petekler var ama calismiyordu , klima da yeni olmasına rağmen sadece içeriyi ılıtmaya yetiyordu. O yüzden soğuk havalarda çok işinizi görmeyebilir

I was looking for a place in Alsancak that wasn't overly expensive but offered the basic comfort of a hotel room. Based on my internet research, Google reviews where I see high rating of the hotel in tripadvisor as well and the fact that this establishment also operates a laundry service, I thought it would be a reliable and professional place. I paid approximately €55 per night. For this price, according to Turkish standards, you expect "decent" conditions. In fact, for just €15 more, you enter the range of luxury hotels. In short, there is a huge mismatch between the price charged and the quality of service and amenities provided. In reality, this place shouldn't call itself a hotel because there is no reception service after 8 PM. If you have no claim to ensure the security or address the needs of your guests during the night, you shouldn't put "hotel" on your sign. There is a parking lot across the street, but they charge 450 Turkish Lira for your car. It seems there is no agreement or arrangement between the hotel and the parking lot, which makes you question whether you can trust the parking facility. I waited 10 minutes at the reception during working hours just to rent the room. There’s only one receptionist, who is sometimes present, sometimes not. The receptionist requested the payment upfront, which I agreed to. However, the transaction machine malfunctioned. I suggested paying the next morning, but the receptionist insisted on trying to fix the machine. After my fourth suggestion to pay in the morning, I was finally able to check into the room as the machine still didn’t work. When I entered the room, I noticed the door didn’t close properly; it had to be locked from the inside. The room was very small and stuffy, nothing like the photos online. There was nothing remarkable about it. You simply cannot charge €55 for a room of this standard in Turkey. Inside the room, there were no instructions for contacting the reception or finding the Wi-Fi code. And since there’s no receptionist after 8 PM, you’re basically left to fend for yourself. You might say, "You could have left immediately after seeing the room." But after a 9-hour drive and paying 450 TL to park my car, I just didn’t have the energy to do so. In conclusion, you can provide accommodation of this standard, fine. But if you call it a "hotel" and charge €55 for it, this is the kind of rating and review you should expect.
