Excelente hotel, cómodo, limpio, la comida rica.

Todo bien a excepción del tiempo para servir los alimentos, en el restaurante tardan muchísimo en traer la comida, hasta para la cuenta se tardan no se si sea el personal o no tienen suficiente gente en la cocina.

Muy bien me gusta lo único malo es q vibran el estacionamiento

Ixtapan de la Sal is known for its thermal waters, but the hotel has none. I think this was not clearly advertised. The hotel does not shine for its architecture and it’s not close to town. I think it’s okay for events or families coming for a weekend.

This hotel has beautiful grounds but needs a lot of maintenance. There are lots of loose floor tiles in room and hallways. Bathroom fan was caked with dust. Towel rack in bathroom was flimsy and seemed ready to come off wall. Trash can in room was very broken with no garbage bags. Etc. The staff was friendly and the restaurants are nice, though service was slow. I expect more from a Marriott and for the price I paid.

Excellent place to relax. I love spending time here with family.

This is our second stay at the wonderful hotel we don’t have any complaints. Everything was perfectly except that we have problems trying to get an air condition room every time we’ve gone, but we will be back.

Excelent stay! I was surprised to find such a nice place with many things to do. It is great for kids!!

We used to love this hotel but now it needs an overhaul more staff better service attitude and better internet coverage. We wont be back

I like that it was peaceful with beautiful trees and greens. The property looks old and their SPA area is not operating fully. Overall the property is beautiful.

I didn't even stay at the hotel I called and told you it was a mistake on the booking and you said you would refund my money and now you guys are going to refund me my money took all the money I had an Apple Pay do you and now you're refusing to give me back the money that you guys took from me when I didn't even stay there because I was nowhere near Mexico I was in New Mexico do you different states you guys are broad in a bad hotel

It is a great place to come with kids, the only thing is that in one of the buffet menus, there were no options for kids, the restaurant staff solve the issue immediately successfully, but it is important to keep kids on mind

Had an excellent stay at this property and found it relaxing and very enjoyable!
