Great facility and great beach!
Evening buffet selections are limited compared to other Barcelos and resorts, but what is offered is fine. Breakfast, lunch and specialty restaurants are fine.

Beautiful location, clean facility and very courteous staff. Food options and quality was sometimes lacking. Friday evening fiesta was excellent.

At check-in they didn’t tell me that i needed to use the key card to turn on the lights. I thought there was something wrong with the room. Also they said that they made a reservation for me at the Seafood restaurant but didnt give me a ticket. I went to the restaurant and they said my name wasn't there. I had to go to the lobby to get it fixed. It was a whole big thing.

service was awful, telephone didn’t work, and we were sent to a room that was occupied. We walked in to a family.

I had already stayed at other Barcelós before but this is not what I expected. At night there was a lot of noise we couldn't sleep. They don't give you a reservation for the restaurant, only to whoever they want. They gave me a reservation after I complained to them. The housekeeping lady was rude when we asked for toilet paper because there was none in our room. The only attentive person was Paulina at reception. I would not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Loved the little extras of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, charcuterie board, & swan toelsOptions for different rooms was good,But the bathrooms were way too small
