The stay was decent, but the staff's behavior was disappointing. While the food was good, cleanliness was lacking, the room tiles were broken, and the ac was not working properly.

Staff is very good, very helpful staff. Hospitality is nice. Tea is excellent. Breakfast is also good. Location is on highway is best

Accommodation was good but still have area of improvements like health fodder was opposite side entrance etc. Restaurant food quality can be enhanced

Better than to other hotels in mandsaur. As a cleaning, service, behaviour, vehicle parking, dinner and breakfast etc.

Rooms are not good Breakfast quality is not good only 2-3 options available. Water Geijer of not working Quality of linen is also not good Reception staff not welcoming you Quality of food is also not good Bad experience of breakfast mostly all oily food available in BF

It was great stay as usual for me. Now i feel just like my extended family where i am feeling more comfortable and getting great service as usual always. Every time they give me great service. Hotel staff is very humble, well cultured and mannered.
