Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

Lo amavamo!Abbiamo cambiato il programma di volo così dopo un lungo giorno è stato molto bello finalmente riuscire a riposare. E'molto bello che ci sia una navetta da autobus da Narita Aiport all'hotel. Il servizio è stato grande. Hanno preso subito i nostri bagagli - 2 valigie grandi e 3 piccole e ci hanno controllati. Il controllo in grande, non preoccuparti. Era veloce e semplice. Hanno dato una borsa per i miei 5 anni, ha un piccolo in sala sandali, pigiama toto e tovagliolo in esso. Il giardino degli hotel avevano tutte le luci di Natale decorate, era bella. Sono stato sorpreso perché una signora con catene e saldi alti erano la che gestiva i bagagli quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza. Il giorno dopo dovevamo estendere, era semplice prenotare da Trip.com e senza complicazioni. Non dovevamo andare in un'altra stanza. La camera, il bagno, il letto e tutto quello che c'era nella stanza erano puliti e puliti. La colazione era grande, avevano molte scelte. Mart (Lawson) come 7-evelen vicino al lobby e un caffè troppo così non preoccuparti di ottenere cibo o snack.Penso che la lawson apra 24 ore. L'hotel offre un autobus ****tle alla città di Narita che va alla stazione Narita e al centro commerciale Aeon. Questo è stato fantastico! L'esperienza complessiva in questo hotel è meravigliosa. Ottimo per il servizio.

Questo è uno degli hotel che verrà inviato per la quarantena obbligatoria COVID19. Dovremmo rimanere qui per tre notti. La nostra stanza sul 11esimo piano (R21105). Abbiamo provenuto dal Vietnam e ci hanno trattato molto bene, ci fanno sentire comodi come una casa. Questo hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto NRT. In moda giapponese, la camera gemella è piccola, ma c'è tutto quello che potresti avere bisogno. Amichevole, personale utile e veloce check-in. Quando abbiamo bisogno del loro aiuto, sono apparsi immediatamente. Ogni giorno abbiamo avuto 3 pasti, tra cui riso, pesce, soppa di miso, noodles, salsa, ecc. In generale, una cena giapponese molto tradizionale. Veramente deliziosa e presto! Poiché la stanza è piccola c'è un segno che dice che si può mettere il bagaglio sotto i letti. In generale, un posto per rimanere.

Comodo hotel vicino all'aeroporto con servizio di bus navetta disponibile dall'aeroporto di Narita o dalla stazione di Narita. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.

Chose this hotel due to super early flight and pleased with the free shuttle bus service pick up from airport to hotel and also send off. Very well organised. The check in was seamless and staff all super polite and nice. Rooms are the biggest in Japan with lots of space to move around and comes with King size bed. All toiletries provided. One thing to comment is such a big hotel don't provide water, so I find this a bit weird. So please bring own water if you come later than 10pm as there is a convenience store at the hotel but closes by then. Other than that it's a great hotel for a night stay.

La stanza era pulita. C'è un autobus dall'aeroporto di Narita. Circa una volta ogni 30 minuti. Ci sono anche autobus per la stazione di Narita e l'Aeon Mall Narita. Si prega di notare che gli orari e le fermate degli autobus sono cambiati da febbraio 2024. Quando l'autobus è arrivato in hotel, la persona alla reception è stata in grado di guidarci bene. C'è un FamilyMart all'interno dell'hotel, quindi penso che sia carino che tu possa comprare cibo anche dopo l'apertura del ristorante. Se avrò la possibilità, mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

Albergo molto consigliato. Prendi un bus navetta per andare all'aeroporto e andare al centro commerciale Aeon. Ottima posizione e anche ottimo personale. Ottimo per chi vuole riposarsi in attesa del prossimo volo.
