Hotel in zona Serbay Sanat Evi, Istanbul

Location tipica, confortevole posizionata sotto le mura della Moschea Blu. A pochi passi dall’ippodromo, Mosche Aya Sofia, il Parco Gülhane (nel territorio del parco c'è bar dove abbiamo bevuto il tè caldo ammirando le aiuole con i tulipani bacati dal sole). La struttura bella e accogliente. Letto confortevole con piumino matrimoniale stile nordico. Camera silenziosa. No ascensore ma la struttura arriva al massimo a due piani. Colazione turca, prevalentemente salata, possibilità di avere miele, marmellate e piccoli dolci. Personale cortese e disponibile. In particolare vorremmo ringraziare Rovshan impiegato della reception. Una persona squisita, non invadente, sempre molto cortese e preparatissimo per qualsiasi info sulla città, luoghi da visitare ecc.

Данный отель я выбрал, в первую очередь, ради его местоположения, которое является идеальным для тех, кто желает осмотреть достопримечательности Старого города. Все в пешей доступности и вы находитесь в 5 минутах ходьбы от Голубой мечети и Айя-Софии. Номер мне дали с видом на Голубую мечеть, что очень порадовало. В отеле есть русскоговорящий менеджер, который поможет решить любой ваш вопрос. Завтраки на 4, скудновато, но все свежее. Убирались каждый день. В целом ставлю отелю оценку «очень хорошо» и желаю дальнейшего развития.

The hotel is nice, close to famous turistic places like Sultan Ahmet mosque and Hagia Sophia, but yet it’s quite and you can have some nice rest. Fatih is very polite, at our service everytime we needed him. They even bought baby cot (because we came with a baby and before our arrival they didn’t have it) which was nice surprise. They offered us coffee and tea upon our arrival, and brought us water. Room is spacious and clean, which we needed because of the baby. I would recommend this room to my friends and family

La posizione è molto buona Ci sono molti posti dove stare nelle vicinanze La colazione è tradizionale turca Il servizio è buono La stanza d'angolo è più grande La stanza normale è più piccola.

Ho avuto un bel tempo con mio marito e la loro ospitezza era super bello, il servizio era sorprendente e abbiamo provato la latte e la piastra di marino è stato semplicemente così delizioso. !!! Se si ottiene la possibilità di provare i cibi, certamente non si pentirà.

Alhmdulila Cosa mi piaceva: A- Locazione: L'hotel è convenientemente situato a pochi passi distanza di Istanbul siti ”deve vedere” di Hagia Sophia, Moschea blu, Hagia Sophia-Moschea blu Park, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cister, Hippodrome, Arasta Bazar, e Hurrem Sultan Historical Turkish Bath. Sultan Ahmet Il tram è anche vicino. L'hotel è anche all'interno di un'autostrada distanze ragionevoli da camminare a Little Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar, egiziano Bazar, Vezneciler Subway Station, Sirkeci/ Stazione di trasporto Marmaray, parco Gulhane e Eminonu (sandwich di pesce famoso). un numero infinito di ristoranti, regali e negozi di souvenir,

Siamo stati qualche giorno fa. Eravamo quattro, sistemati nella ”family suite”, due camere comunicanti con bagni separati. Piuttosto piccola, ma pulita e discretamente insonorizzata. Abbiamo ricevuto in omaggio all' arrivo dei dolci locali, il giorno successivo della frutta ed una bottiglia di vino bianco in ghiaccio. Personale quasi tutto cortese, molto giovani, quasi timidi. Colazione turca con discreta varietà ma buona qualità. Le principali attrattive e i mezzi pubblici sono molto vicini. Tanti ristoranti nei dintorni. Consigliabile. Abbiamo anche usufruito (pagamento a parte) di un servizio navetta concordato: all' andata, in aeroporto, lunga attesa in una folla di turisti in attesa dei propri transfer, al ritorno tutto ok.

Posizione buona, strutture generali

Rooms are absolutely disgusting and look completely different from the photos. Rooms are MUCH smaller in person and are extremely unsanitary. The bathroom smells strongly of sewage and is also not clean AT ALL. There were dead flies stuck to the wall in the shower and the tap on the sink was moldy and would shake out of place when turned on. The closet also hits you with a strong nasty smell as soon as you open its doors. My room had a double bed and a single and both beds were broken; the double bed frame was broken and the single’s mattress was tilted to the right resulting in extremely uncomfortable sleep (or lack there of). Even walking in the room with the little space provided would get your feet dirty. The AC also constantly drips water when turned on. The rooms do not get cleaned everyday like other hotels. They are “cleaned” upon request where the staff will come into your room and only pretend to clean as the room will be the exact same level of filth as before. When I discussed my displeasure with the managers they refused to give me a refund and basically said it was our fault because we “booked this room”. The delusional managers tried to convince me that the room photos are perfectly accurate. This was until I asked one of them if he would be happy with the room I received in which his face changed and he instantly stopped talking and couldn’t respond to my question. I ended up booking another hotel as I could not stay in this filth any longer. As my family and I were carrying out our bags the scamming manager asked me for the key to my room THAT I WAS NOT REFUNDED FOR. I told her she’ll get the key when i check out as I have booked this room. She was persistent as she wanted to sell the room to another unfortunate customer in which I declined because I don’t want anyone else to go through this filthy disgusting hotel. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, THIS HOTEL IS A BIOLOGICAL HAZARD.
