È unico, alcune stanze sono piccole, tristi, ma nel complesso va bene, fai solo attenzione a questo punto importante, questa parte è Maltepe, ha una spiaggia molto bella e un clima meraviglioso, la zona è molto calma, attraente e di classe, non crea dipendenza come Taksim, e non è affollato, il parco di fronte all'hotel è molto grande e ha strutture, è bello e dal 23 al 25 settembre c'è stata una mostra del festival del cibo.

This hotel is average at best. On arriving, the lobby is very impressive, and the outdoor pool area and bar look very inviting. The rooms are fine, the sea view is not actually a sea view though, it is a city view with a bit of sea in the distance. We were offered an upgrade to a sea view room and took it more so for the king-sized bed, which I would recommend. However, the shower hose leaked from places it shouldn't, the kettle leaked from the bottom onto the electrics, and the intercom phones were yellowing from age. Everything needs a bit more attention. The gym is OK, old equipment, but it will do for a couple of workouts. You must wear a swimming cap to use any of the pools, you can buy one from the hotel. It is nice that the sauna and steam rooms are in the changing rooms and single sex use only. This made me feel more comfortable as a female. I enjoyed a great massage at the wellness centre and spa, the staff member here was lovely. I recommend you eat anywhere but the restaurant. Breakfast is pleasant enough, but lunch and dinner menus are not as described. These are the same menus for room service. Food is inconsistent and arrives cold. Do not trust the menu. The service at the restaurant is poor. The staff all seem under-trained and unhappy to be there. Most requests or questions seem too much of an effort to complete. A couple of staff members were very helpful and a pleasure to interact with, but all in all, we did not feel that the hotel was particularly welcoming or hospitable. The hotel is fit for purpose, and a vast majority of people residing there are staying for surgery and recovery. I would not recommend a holiday stay.

Ho passato due settimane in pulizia, gentilezza e deliziosa cibo, sono rimasto in questo hotel per la seconda volta, un po' lontano dal centro, ma tutti gli altri plus compensano per questo piccolo meno, il metro è molto vicino, consiglio di rimanere qui, Non la rimpiangerete nemmeno una volta!

Come ho usato la stanza che non ho potuto fermarmi per un minuto, come posso vedere se sono un mucchio di merda prima di entrare in quella stanza, e ha fatto delle frasi come se non fosse il mio problema, nonostante le nostre belle parole. Non c'e' problema se questa vera imbarazzo fosse come sembra, ha dato un'altra stanza, come se il signore non avesse pagato un prezzo, dice che io ho cambiato la sua stanza, come se fosse un'odore di sigaretta. Sono un astma, come dormire in quella stanza, ho pagato la tariffa per la stanza che non potevo usare per respirare, ma che non era il mio problema, ma che l'ho dato a voi. Come una battuta, ho decisamente passato a consigliare di non stare nemmeno davanti alla porta. Non c'è un benvenuto in questo modo. C'è qualcosa che si chiama diritto al consumatore. Pensavo!!

Cerchiamo un hotel con parcheggio che non è troppo lontano da Istanbul e questo hotel soddisfa i criteri perché possiamo restituire la nostra auto solo il giorno dopo e il parcheggio di Istanbul è molto costoso. L'hotel sembra nuovo - la camera era comoda e il personale del lobby era molto utile. Ho soggiornato solo per una notte per non cercare negozi o ristoranti vicino. Se siete preoccupati per il cibo, potreste voler fare un controllo prima.
