The room was clean and beautiful. Bed was comfortable. The location is just right if your purpose is to buy clothes. This hotel is located in the middle of a bustling shopping district. If you want to see famous travel sites, this is not a good choice. The service? too bad! No one actually speaks English, and the lady at the dining room was kinda rude. Not many choices for breakfast. Our room had no actual window. It was too hot and there were no air. We had a hard time breathing and that made us go out to breathe some air at night. There were air conditioner, but it never goes down from 23C.

OMG HORROR 🤦🏽‍♀️, THE ROOM was so dirty, hair on the toilet 🚽, and the sink, no kettle, bleach on the carpet, bed not ready.... Never. Most of the top, I asked 1hr before to book a taxi, the reception man Didn't, I miss my bus by his fault... NEVER NEVER NEVER NOBODY SPEAK ENGLISH..... A SHAME

Otelin dört yıldız ile hiç bir alakası yok çalısanlar normal arkadasınız gibi konusuyor saygı ve ilgi sıfır balkonlarında masa ve sandalyesi bulunmamakta resimlerde masa ve sandalyeli fotograflar konulmuş. Odaları eski ve duvarları bakımsız hiç memnun kalmadık.

Ho prenotato e pagato una stanza Deluxe e invece mi è stata data una stanza standard. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato detto che tutte le stanze Deluxe erano occupate e che la differenza non mi sarebbe stata rimborsata. Praticamente ho pagato un prezzo più alto senza motivo. Avevo bisogno di usare la lavatrice che, con mia sorpresa, era collocata in una specie di scantinato lurido. Il prezzo del lavaggio viene calcolato in base ai pezzi che si lavano. Al termine del lavaggio, i miei vestiti sono stati messa in un sacco nero (quelli che si usano per l'immondizia). I vestiti non erano ben asciutti, quindi hanno assorbito l'odore della plastica. La stanza non viene pulita regolarmente, ma solo su richiesta. La colazione è di scarsa qualità. Quasi nessuno tra il personale parla inglese. L'hotel si trova lontano dal centro e non è ben collegato ad esso. Pulizia lascia a desiderare.
