È un albergo scandaloso, non è accettabile che i condizionatori si rompano in pieno inverno. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza, ma anche la stanza in cui ci siamo trasferiti era gelata. Quanti anni fa l'hotel è fallito per me?

L'hotel non è nuovo ma purtroppo non è nemmeno pulito. Le porte e il tavolo della toilette, i cassetti, la vasca da bagno e il letto sono vecchi e un po' sporchi, le finestre sono molto sporche. Ma i servizi di accoglienza sono persone molto gentili. La colazione è buona ma ancora una volta le tovaglie non sono pulite, penso che solo la pulizia non sia buona.

A five-star hotel but does not deserve any star, it does not deserve to be called a hotel and even the name of an apartment is too much for it, the bed is shabby and worn out, the bathroom and the room are not clean and not on my request, the space is smaller than what I paid for.

交通方便，臨近機場鐵路站，到達伊斯坦堡IST機場衹需40分鐘，房間雖然不大，但是足夠温暖，早餐豐盛。

Koskoca otel de merkezi sistem klimalar çalışmıyor, garibim teknik servis kaç defa gelip tüm odalar için o klima ile uğraştı defalarca. Yazık gerçekten çok yazık. Sabaha kadar soğuktan donduk resmen. 5000TL bir gecelik konaklama için almayı biliyorsanız o klimalarin arızası her neyse anında giderecek siniz... Calisanlariniza eziyet etmeyeceksiniz, çalışan tüm personeller robot gibi, nasıl bir baski altındalar nasıl bir yönetilme şekli varsa artık otel de , çalışanlar mutsuz çok belli hepsi yapay yapmacık hiç sıcak değiller ki bunun sebebi tamamen yönetim bence. Lobi de ki çalışan personellere çok teşekkür ederiz. Kahve su ikramları için. Ama adım gibi eminim ki yönetim de sorun var, personellerinizin mutlu ve huzurlu çalışmalarını sağlayın. Baskı yönetimi size kazanç saglayamayacaktir.
