Very good location if you are interested in shopping. We were able to walk to many interesting places without the need to use taxi or public transport. Shame about the roof top as it was under reconstruction. Room was clean and very warm (in January). Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Niles is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very warm and cozy feeling throughout. The decor was beautiful and breakfast at the terrace was just an amazing start to the day. Beautiful views and just a few minutes walk from the grand bazaar. We walked everywhere as everything was close by.
A huge thank you to all the staff especially Mr Halil and the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us out and helped us with our airport transfer issues. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Will definitely be visiting again.

It is a very pleasant hotel situated at the heard of Istanbul's old downtown. Perfect if you come for a few days on leisure time, since it's close to the city's landmarks. Breakfast is awesome, bed is very comfortable and the staff provides good service most of the time.

The hotel itself was great. Very clean. Very good staff meeting international standard. I hated the area around the hotel. It’s so dirty, noisy, no privacy…although the Blue Mosque and other sights are walking distance (15-20 min), the walk there is not very pleasant and can feel very uncomfortable because of the area.

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. 3 minutes walk to the grand bizarre and super quick to get the tram perfect for exploring and getting around Istanbul. Nice roof terrace and bar where you can grab a drink or a coffee and bring your own food back to eat in the evenings.

Breakfast is good, room is very small , we stayed 4 nights but other than changing towels, there is no room cleaning

Wonderful welcome to this hotel (thanks Ege!), lovely room with character and clean and quiet. Nice breakfast on rooftop dining room with great views. Convenient location.
