Manager: Not friendly and very aggressive if not satisfied Receptionist: Unresponsive and unhelpful (We have waited 3 days before getting missing bed sheets) The establishment does not specify that breakfast is 100m away, at a partner of theirs. The establishment is claiming that their terminal is not "functioning" and then forces us to pay in CASH (with the extra fee cost at our charge). I have video, as a proof, where the manager is frightening us when I refuse to pay in cash. ROOM: Bed sheets are dirty and too small The towels are dirty (toothpaste) The air vent was broken and noisy The door was broken and does not lock The shower drain was missing (pool after 1 minute) and the shower head is disgusting The beds are very small (MAx 1.5m) Mirror was broken Room has never been cleaned SITUATION: Very noisy street

Номер ужасный. В комнате гремит холодильник в душе вентилятор, из-за чего сложно заснуть. В номере очень холодно, нужно находиться в куртке. Кондиционер не работал из-за чего невозможно прогреть номер. Чтобы мы не замёрзли принесли 2 одеяла, но без пододеяльников. Пол прожжен. Wi-fi в номере не работал. Просили переселить в др номер или устранить поломки. Нам отказали. Главный менеджер также отказался общаться с нами. Мы сбежали в соседний отель, деньги нам не вернули, компенсацию не получили и извинений тоже.

Very friendly staff, great secure hotel nice area with lots of great food options and the best exchange rated for currency exchanges nearby. Close to train and tram. Very comfortable beds and great hot water flow. I am currently staying 15 night stat here
