I came to this hotel late at night and their machine wasn’t working and kept pushing me to pay. I just left the place because rude behaviour. I stayed at another hotel called the corner hot. Best hotel

This rally nice and clean and quiet and safe hotel wonderfully staff and good customer service i have stayed for 6 nights i rally enjoyed 😉

The staff at front desk is a dishonest employee who takes advantages of guests, I was short- changed 450tl when I changes a $100 dollar bill.
Also when I asked to call me a metered taxi to take us to airport, he called his friend who drives taxi and overcharged us for the trip. We asked taxi driver to put the meter on, he said he had a deal with Hotel to charge us a hotel fee. He also refused to put the AC on to save on gas. Bad bad experience

First of all we reached. No one welcomed us we kept waiting at the reception for 10 mins Staff : are not friendly Room and bathroom : too small , not neat , no tissues and no shower robes , no small towels, no cups for the brushes , no toothbrush , no hair cap , no toothpaste , the water is dirty and too slow No security lock at the door Rooms are too close to each other with loud noises the whole day Elevator is not practical Windows are not well sealed , air gets in Staff doesn’t understand English and are not willing to

I stayed for 3 nights. My stay was okay but I would not stay there again. Some staff were nice but others were rude and snobby. Their king bed is definitely not a king bed, it's way smaller. Even though they advertise that rooms have irons and ironing tables, that's not really the case. You get to borrow the iron from reception and you have to return it after 30 mins. Location is not great either.

Considering the world was relaxing the pandemic restrictions I must say the facility looks and feels brand new and very much attentive. The staff and facility didn't short when it came to hygiene. It was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the view of the sea and to be able to open our window in the morning and see the multiple vessels in the water was postcard perfect. it is very easy in location and easily accessible to everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and very nice..(we stayed in the corner suite on the 8th floor, (very much recommend) Thanks to restaurant manager Erol BUDAK and his staff. The resturant was always attended and duper clean. The food was amazing and exceptionally delicious. From now on when visiting 🇹🇷 Turkeyia 🇹🇷 Ottaperla will be out only stop.
